Messiah is a really good esthetician have been coming to her since I started waving & I am loving the results!

2 stars for Malena, 5 stars for Santina. I have had a few arm waxings done here and the one time I got Santina it was great she was super thorough. The other two times I got Malena cause I had forgotten who the good one was and even tho she is personable she rushed through my sessions and left a bunch of stray hairs, an obvious patch on my forearm, and skipped my upper tricep. I even tipped for a 30 min session that lasted less than 20 mins and wasn’t complete -_-

Amazing professional first time experience.
I went to the wax pot to get a feminine waxing for the first time and I was beyond nervous.
I epilate my legs and arms often- but still use the provided lidocaine spray! It helped dull the sting.
I have anxiety and everything was so professional and quick I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
I had trouble pulling up my coupon on Groupon and she was nice enough to let me send a picture txt with proof of my Groupon.
The salon was amazingly clean and everyone was nice. If you’re looking for fast, professional waxing check this place out.

Not impressed with how they even answer the phone let alone the customer service when you do get someone. Didn't take the chance to visit.

After sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes, messiah, the woman I booked a wax with told me she couldn't help me because she has a lash appointment. Why allow me to book if you can't do anything. Do not do business here. Trash.

Terrible service. Very unprofessional atmosphere, disrespectful employees that don't even acknowledge you or do what you ask for.
