Came here bc I couldn’t get into my regular person for Brazilian sooner. I was excited for my appointment based off of the reviews. For starters, if you’ve found this place based off of searching for someone near you for these services on maps, the address is wrong and when I mentioned it to her she seemed to have no idea why she would be listed near the stadiums. She is located in Grandview. She has policies on cancellations and rescheduling and requires a deposit. I can respect that. However, when you require someone to respect your time, you should reciprocate that. I arrived early and texted and called and left a message that I was there, as she asks you to do. I did this bc I couldn’t tell where to go. She ignored my call and text and I communicated that I would wait a few more minutes to hear from her but that I would have to leave and to get back to me about a refund or making the missed appointment right. She suddenly responded immediately when I said that. She did not acknowledge that she had “missed” my call or text but it was clear she knew I had called her as she was listening to mucus in her phone. My call would have interrupted her music while playing. She could have handled communication better in my opinion. If you need to reach her before and appointment good luck.

I love getting waxed by Desire. She’s gentle and talks you through the process and educates you on how to how to best care for your skin. The vibes are nice, the environment is friendly and welcoming. Definitely the best wax experience I’ve ever had!
