I looked on Angie's and requested a quote. Got a call 10 minutes later, was asked some key questions and told me he was on his way. It was the owner himself. Charged up and ready to go.

Our furnace went off the Thursday before Easter…. I messed with it and got it working the next day. Just to be sure everything was ok, I called Thomas Hoffmann on Friday afternoon, they scheduled me for 2pm on Monday. 2pm Monday rolls around and no tech. They emailed me and said “we’re sorry, we forgot to collect your phone number when you called, the tech will be there between 3-4pm. “Ok” I thought, no problem. 4…. 5…5: 45pm rolls around…. No tech. It’s 6pm and he finally shows up. It’s the owner. Thomas Hoffmann. He’s a nice guy, poked around the furnace a little, cleaned a couple things. He was honest and straight up with me. It’s an old furnace and I need to get some parts. Then he charged me $230.

Our water heater pilot went out and it turned out to be corroded. Thomas Hoffman came the next day very promptly and professionally and was very helpful in fixing the problem. Honest and trustworthy. This is the only company I call when having any issues with our HVAC and for its maintenance. Highly recommend!

Thomas Hoffmann installed a replacement boiler in our home. Really great job: clean, organized and total pros. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anybody. Really good work and good guys. Not the cheapest company out there, and definitely not the most expensive either, but still a good deal for work of such high quality.

Thomas Hoffman finally solved my problem. I bought a brand new high-efficiency train from a company in St. Louis. When they came out for maintenance, they couldn’t give me the right size filter. I thought it was very strange. Unfortunately I called Hoffman brothers thinking that I called Thomas Hoffman and they came out to clean my vents and do a service check. They left me with a very odd size filter and told me they couldn’t give me the right filter. I have the photos to prove it. I am so frustrated because Thomas Hoffman came out and immediately had the right filter for me gave me possible solutions to my upstairs being too warm in the summer, and I would recommend them highly. Just be sure you call the right Hoffman Thomas Hoffman.
