They went above and beyond for our old boy who needed surgery! Words can’t describe how thankful we are for what they did!

Took care of my fur baby really well, she cared about what I was worried about him and treated him with care definitely recommend. Bunn bunn was happy to come home.

Thompson Hills has gone way downhill ever since Dr. J. Boatwright retired; she was just the absolute best. I took my dogs there for years. Now we go somewhere else where I am paying less and happier with the service and care. I cannot allow these folks to charge top dollar for their brand of callous service. They just love their money too much for me! I hope they are making even more money now with their solar panels.

This veterinarian only cares about the money does not care about the animal had a cat that needed to be seen very badly and he knew that and still requested that we pay him in full for the emergency tell me they care about animals all the care about is money

I love Thompsons! I've been coming here for around 12 years now. I won't take my dogs anywhere else. O'Neil is so great with all of my pets. And Cindy is the sweetest! The prices are a bit high but worth every penny. I love that they remember us and treat my dogs as part of the family. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a new vet. Idk what I'll do when either O'Neil or Cindy retire.

Thompson Hill Animal Clinic is top notch… their compassion and love is amazing… We lost our girl and they explained everything to us and showed us everything and were beside us as we made the decisions… I can not thank them enough for everything they did for us!

If we could give zero stars we could. They have refused to provide receipts and medical records for proof of service. We have called and asked their staff several times without getting these. Then their staff are rude to our organizations volunteers. We will be reporting them to the State Vet and Vet Board. I would never recommend them.

Came in after hours on memorial day and the price was reasonable considering it was 10: 25 pm and memorial day.

Wonderful front desk staff and incredible doctors made having 3 cats just a bit easier. Thanks for everything!

I had to call the emergency line on Sunday morning for my best friend, Happy, and Dr. McNeal met me at the clinic with just 30 minutes notice. He then called me again at 8 PM to let me know that Happy probably wasn't going to make it through the night, so he waited for me to make a 30 minute drive so I could say goodbye to her in person. Letting my friend go was agonizing, but I left the clinic with the comfort of knowing that she spent her final hours in the best of care. This community is very fortunate to have Dr. McNeal.

They worked us in right away for my daughter's spotted gecko. Great staff and Doctor's. Definitely recommend this place.

My dog is very nervous around people and especially nervous around men. But the vet was very gentle and showed no signs of fear when she got a little growly. It calmed her so much she didn't even feel it when he gave her a rabies shot. Very impressed.

Dr. McNeal is the best. He takes time and listens and thoroughly explains what is going on. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them. The afterhours access to a vet is amazing.

Thank you in helping me evaluate my feline friend of 6 yrs, after a year of kidney disease management, it was time to end his pain. Within the same year I took my late grandparent’s canine & found she needed 7 teeth removed and the rest polished.

My pup had an emergency on the weekend. The vet was very kind and knowledgeable. They took care of Missy with the utmost care. She is happily recovered, and I will continue to use them as our vet. My previous vet sent me to voicemail that went to another voicemail that stated they don't take emergencies on the weekends. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They actually took the time to listen to every question I had, and gave me educated answers to all my questions. Truly a caring and professional establishment. It is hard in this day and age to find such a personal and professional veterinary hospital. Well done!
