18Excellent service from the service department although I wandered around in a lot for about an hour an hour possibly to buy a new truck and not one person waited on me even though they drove by me many times you usually you're overwhelmed with salesman not not this time Maybe it was the long hair and tattoos not sure but service was fantastic

I was in a really quick pinch situation, my car battery died, I was stuck in a parking lot waiting for someone to jump my car, and to tie a know and put a bow on top it was already 5: 20 pm. I called Thoroughbred, as a panicked 24 year old woman, and they were so kind and accommodating. They got me in after their hours and took care of my battery. These guys are amazing! Thank you to everyone on the team that helped me out:)
Best truck buying experience I've ever had. Pre qualified online. Took my trade in and we had a deal in 40mins. Erston made it painless to buy my new truck and was thorough at answering my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found out for me. Couldnt be happier.
Worst experience ever. Would give 0 stars if an option. Paid for CV joint ($700) that didn't fix issue. Then said it was entire rack and pinion assembly ($2300). Had to wait nearly 3mos for part and got a whopping 200 off for my troubles. Good luck getting through to svc via phone too, if they answer, and if they do, they put you on terminal hold. Will NEVER go back and DO NOT recommend this place. Most inefficient cluster.
The level of personal service provided makes you feel like you are their only customer. They did great work and made sure everything was done properly.

Went in for oil change. Mechanic was not wearing rubber gloves and had black hands. Left black greasy fingerprints on fenders and hood, then drove the vehicle from his bay to outside.
I feel like this place has been under construction for 3 years. They also don't have a very good inventory if your looking for car/truck. I would shop somewhere else if your looking for a new car. I've been looking for a Ford Maverick (just came out) and I am pretty sure they are the last Ford dealership to get one in KC (as of right now they still don't any). I will say i've been there probably 4 times in the last month and not once have been approached by a salesman so if your looking for that experience than it might be up your ally
The service department is not educated, they do not take the time to solve or research the problem. Lack of service is their motto! They don’t care!
We took both of our vehicles in for Mo inspection and service. Good fast service in both cases and they were BUSY! They are are not the cheapest place but we have always had good service.
I love my new 2021 XLT Explorer and Erson Kearns is wonderful salesperson to work with throughout the ordering and delivery process. I was the second vehicle I bought from him!

Walked in after work ready to order a new truck to replace my '05 Dodge POS. Receptionist didn't even look up so I walked right past and went and stood by their red Thunderbird. Stood there 15 minutes and the only person who said a word to me was the maintenance guy who just said, "Hi. " Literally, people waking all around. Even if people were busy I would have waited if anyone had talked to me. So I walked out, drove over to Crossley in Liberty, and ordered a new Maverick XLT with the luxury and off road packages. Too easy.
I paid 145.00 for them to do nothing to my truck they were to update the sync program and it would not work I was there for 2 and a half hours and they said it was a problem with my phone I mean really 145.00 for nothing
