3 When I called to inquire about my clock the man on the phone was very rude. When I did pick up my clock 3 weeks later and put it up on my wall it didn't work. I took it to another shop, showed him the receipt for the work done at the Tic -Toc Shop and he quickly informed me that none of what was on the receipt appeared to be done to the clock. He fixed it and now it works great.will never use them again.
By the way, I have the receipt that shows I did indeed pay for a so called repair.
He was very friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable of clocks of all kinds. He fixed my husband's grandfather clock and taught me how to take care of it.
Great, friendly service and not too expensive. I highly recommend them.
