Tidal Wave Auto Spa, Kansas City MO

I drove thru two 5 gallon buckets of white paint that fill off a truck ahead of me. I saw there was a tidal wave so I pulled talked to the young man about membership. I decided on the unlimited washes fo $39.99 per month. I go thru the wash and notice I still had paint on my car. I was the only customer at this time. I asked the attendant if he would allow me to go back thru. He asked me if I had a membership. I explained that he had signed me up 5 minutes ago. He said it’s against policy so no I could not. I asked to talk to manager he said he would go talk to her. He came back and said my manager said no I could not go thru again. I asked if I could speak to the manager h said no and she would not come out. I called corporate office to see if I could get a refund. He said that the manager at the location I went to can do a refund. He said he would email manager and explain my request and that the manager would call me within 2 days. Never got a call back, called corporate office again. I was told they would email manager and to call me within 2 days. Never happened. I think there customers service is very poor, they do not follow thru. It’s bad when the local store won’t call me back. It’s really unacceptable that corporate office did not follow up with me, make the store manager call me. Won’t use this business again.

We love going to this car wash! My car always gets squeaky clean and their vacuums work the best in the city!

I have had a family membership at this car wash for YEARS. I am sadly cancelling that membership because of Your employee, Jennifer, who couldn’t possibly be more disrespectful and rude to loyal customers. Apparently she is an “assistant site manager” so she believes that the horrible way she speaks to customers is acceptable. She said she has no problem with people calling into complain about her since she is a manager and it will be excused. She is slow and reluctant to help, impatient, and downright rude

I went to get my car washed and it came out looking brand spanking new! There was also vacuums you can use to make the inside look just as good as the outside!

Not fun having to hear and listen to an employee complain about their job. I mean come on, just go home and find another job. And then to top it off they could not find my monthly membership.

Love the membership. Love the attendants helping guide me onto the rails. They're not always easy to see while behind the wheel. Vacuums always work great

They need to redirect there air drying blowers to hit the face of the mirror and the back of the car better and bring down there prices a little. Other than that it's a great place to get your car washed.

I had used this car wash just a few times in the past and decided to give it another try, I am so glad I did. The staff has done a complete turn around and are very pleasant now. I will tell everyone I know to start to go there. Keep up the great work, stay positive, and continue giving great service. Thank you all.
