2 I lived here in 2020-2021. I never had an issue with anything. I read some of the reviews and I thought people needed know
they are under new management. If I had the chance I'd move back over there.
I left over 7 voice messages because my AC went out. I then tried contacting the emergency maintenance they came but it wasn't fixed and there were no updates nobody said anything to us so we hadn't even been living in our apartment but living with somebody else. We also got a utility bill that we didn't usually get and I am suspecting that they put fixing the stairs on our bill even though that is not our responsibility. I then tried to call them again and they deleted their voice messaging box. The apartment was great until this I do not know who the manager is now but whoever they are are not doing a great job and I would like to have at least a discount on this rent. Great customer service. I get if you're busy but at least call them back if they have given you seven voice messages two emergency maintenance messages and then trying to call them like 10 times a day.
