If it’s appointment only say that. One nail tech? Be forreal! Still ghetto like they was when they were on Jefferson.

Seem to rush at times but they have always done a great job on my nails/ toes and close to home! Ive done gel, dip, full set, and pedi with them. Will continue to go and recommend!:)

Tina's got us in as a walk in after being stood up for an appointment made down the street. Everyone was polite and worked with me on my design. I was shown many cool items they have for designs and I can't wait to go back.

Every time I get my nails done they last longer than they should and they're beautiful. I love my nails every time she does them

They were able to get me in when other appointments changed at last minute. Did a great job on both pedicure & dip nails. Tina was able to do a special request for a design on one nail to honor my brother- in- law that recently passed away. Only reason not 5 stars is that hit/hurt cuticle a few times.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. My experience was with the owner who was very rude and disrespectful. My first encounter with her was being told she was hungry. She asked what style I wanted and her response was, “good, that will be quick. ” She put on my full set in less than 5 minutes. This resulted in crooked nail placement and poor nail filing. She asked what color I wanted and within 10 seconds repeated that statement. I picked a color and she painted 3 nails. I looked down and noticed the color was substantially different than the one chosen. When I said something she got very rude and frustrated. She started huffing and puffing and yelling at me. She was beyond rude. It got to the point that I was like you don’t have to do my nails. I told her I own a business and I just can’t yell at people. She never apologized and honestly seemed to care less. She stopped doing my nails and left outside. An older lady finished them. She was nice but the nails we really subpar. They look like I could do this on my own. I’m never going back. My paint is not even to the bottom. The nails are bulky. This just looks a mess.

Fast service which I appreciate. A little cluttered but importantly, clean. Could be just a little more efficient. Will be back

Tina's is peaceful, clean and consistent. She does a great job and always gets things done quickly! My new favorite place!

I went to tina nail yesterday tina would not do what i asked, i got a pedi and fill didnt not polish my nails and i was charged 100 went bk today as i told her i would to change polish on toe nails charged me 25 and wouldnt polish my nails, then she had the nerve to yell, lucky i had to get bk to wrk

I have been a customer of Tina nails for 4 years since they were located on Jefferson, It's Sadning that their Jefferson location is No more It was closer to my residence however it's the same great quality work inviting atmosphere very calming Light melodies of relaxing music Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. There is only one shortcoming I feel there are not enough technicians 1 more nail tech would help with overlapping appointments And I do recommend calling ahead and making an appointment to insured availability. I highly recommend

I had an great pedicure, when it came to my nails all she had to do was draw lines and because they got busy was told she didn’t know how to do that. Yet looking at the website I see many designs more advanced than what I asked for. Also they need to be careful just because we are a different nationality don’t mean we can’t understand them. They talked about me and my daughters on several occasions. I was not happy nor was I happy about the time I had to spend in their while somehow others went before me who did not have appointments. I also got charged for a pedicure that I was not given. It should have been 50 and Tina charged me 65. At that point I just left with no chances of me going back.

Tina & her husband always do a good job make sure you make an appointment. They could use more workers but I make an appointment & hvnt had any issues thus far. Love you Tina!

Love the staff here! Didn't realize that you needed to make an appointment for services. So we were able to secure an appointment for later in the day. It was well worth the wait. They really take pride in providing top notch services! Thank you Tina and your staff for an incredible experience. We will definitely be back regularly.

I haven’t been inside Tina’s Nails yet. We closed together at 651 Maryville, TN 37801 W Broadway back then it burns. My right knee is inflamed.

Tina did such an amazing job with my nails for a GREAT price! Called day-of and got an appointment quickly for nail art in preparation for an out of town concert. She didn’t even see the pants I was wearing to the concert but still somehow matched them so well. AND they glow in the dark! Definitely recommend and will be returning!

I was weary of visiting because of the reviews but was desperate for a fill and a pedicure. I had a pretty good pedicure but was very disappointed to only receive a leg massage and not a foot massage at all. Tina who did my nails was very nice and sweet but unfortunately just as the other reviews my nails started to chip and they NEVER chip, I never have a problem with chipped nails until this visit. And I had to pay before my services were finished, I would at least liked to pay after my pedicure and once most of my fill is completed so I can choose my tip accurately. Will probably not be back. Nice selection of colors!
