Do a great job very nice people they definitely do a great job come up here once a month with my coworkers they get same!
They always do an amazing job with whatever ideas I throw at them! I get right in during the week going in the mornings, of course on the weekend there’s a small wait but they are quick to get you in and taken care of! Tina’s is definitely my go to!
I showed them the picture and i said almond FRENCH TIP.he didnt even paint the french tip and just has the fake nails as the french tip and clearly looked like he was in a hurry.bf paid $50 for nails that dont even look like the picture I showed him. Very upset.
I just learned that Tina’s has been sold which is why they no longer take appointments. I coincidentally had my nails done by the new owner. It was an awful experience. He was very very rough with the filling tool. I didn’t want to make a scene by telling him he was hurting me but he should have caught on after I kept pulling away and tensing up my fingers but no he didn’t. I was so upset after I left and worried that I might get assigned to this new nail tech at my next appointment, that I wrote a letter addressed to Tina to let her know when I come back in for my next appointment (I’m a regular), that I didn’t want that guy doing my nails. The next time I came in for a fill, it was then that I learned from Tina that she had not gotten my letter but the new owner had and that guy I wrote about was the new owner! Needless to say I won’t need back.
I was very nervous about someone touching my feet. But they were really good and did a fantastic job!
I DID have a star of 5. But after my experience a few months ago. I am changing it. I used to love going there, but now I don't. They made me feel horrible, stared at me, and made fun of me. Treating your customers like dirt because they wanted to get their nails shortened. Maybe try being less rude and more welcoming.
