Got my tires balanced here last time & believe it or not they stacked like 3 rows of wheel weights.

I would avoid this location like the plague. Tire popped and went on a leaking tire. They decided to offer "$100 to my cashapp off camera no receipt". Scam as hell. If the owners want more information I will be more than happy to give it. I have his cash app and likely name if it helps

I told myself I would never come to this place again due to a previous experience I had with the GM, however my car broke down right by this place, I had no other options. Nick turned my experience around. He was very friendly, professional and got the job done. I will be back. Thank you Nick!

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ On 7/16/23 I called the location in Overland, MO to see if they had 225/65R17 to put on my vehicle. They confirmed and we brought it in. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly to get me back on the road. We left and began our 3.5 hour drive home. Shortly into the drive the check engine light came on, the vsa light, the tpms light and a triangle with an exclamation point. I had not seen those lights before so I didn't know what they meant. Quickly the car started violent shaking and then would not let me go over 40 mph and continued to start bucking. I pulled over, shut the car off and turned it back on and the lights went away. Drove for 10 minutes and it started doing it again. Pulled over and shut it off, and same thing, no lights. Took off, drove for about 10-15 minutes, lights came on and the whole process again. This continued for the remaining 190 mile drive. I get it checked out at home to find out that they put the wrong size tire on the vehicle. They put 225/60R17. I immediately call this location and talked to Nick to let them know of the error. He said the district manager would have to handle it and he would have him call me. I wait several hours and I call Nick again, he said he left a message for the district manager and he would be calling me. I wait a few more hours and call Nick again, this time he gives me a 1-800 number to call. I call the 1-800 number and speak to Lorraine. She is very apologetic and tells me to take it to a shop and have them replace the tires and check to see if any damage was done to the vehicle and they will reimburse us for the tires we purchased from them as well as cover any damage it would have done and then the district manager would contact me to figure out how to get the tires back from us. Sounds great. She gives me a reference number to email the docs to to get it handled. This was on 7/28/23. I take the car in to get everything taken care of and on 8/3/23 I send in the docs requested. No repairs necessary, just tires swapped and it completely fixed the problem. I don't hear anything from them for a day so I call the 1-800 number and leave a message for Lorraine. She calls me back and says she is meeting with their director to discuss it and will call me once it is discussed. She calls me back and says they will reimburse me ONLY for the tires that were put on, not for the tires I purchased from them. The tires that were put on were around $200 cheaper and I tell her that is not what I was told nor is it acceptable and she said that's what I got for you right now. She tells me the district manager will be contacting me in three days on Monday (8/7/23) to discuss it as well as lining up getting the tires back since we are 3/5 hours away from their location. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the following week comes and I don't hear anything. I call and no response. On Thursday (8/10/23) I send them an email asking to get the refund processed and for them to do what they said they were going to do. The charge continues to sit on my credit card. I get no response. I send another email the following day on Friday and again get no response. It is now 8/16/23 and I still have not received any response from them. No reply to my email, no phone call or voicemail. Nothing. This is incredibly bad business ethics to provide a service that was inaccurate and incorrect, then tell the customer that you will stand behind the service and make it right if you as the customer take the steps to fix and pay for the error with the promise of reimbursement, and then to hear absolutely nothing back from them. It is deceptive, it is incredibly unprofessional and unethical. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complain with the Attorney General for the state of Missouri.

Their website says the offer inspections but they will refuse to do it. I called to inquire about an inspection, they told me I would not need to make an appointment, I made one anyway.it was CONFIRMED and when I arrived they turned me away!

They did work for me a few months ago, complications from that work came about. When I went to them they took care of the problem in a very quick very thorough manner. They are great there I would recommend them to anyone.

I was happy to find a place that could replace my damaged tire on a Sunday. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient in their duties. The total cost was also a little lower than I expected, and they did not attempt to upsell any unnecessary products or services, as you hear so many other places do.

Nice manger, but incredibly slow service. It was a Sunday but it took two hours to change two tires.

After service was completed I asked the clerk if other tires could be checked. He brushed me off and said the light would go off after I drove the car for so many minutes at a certain speed. I have been driving all weekend and the tire pressure light is still on. Now I have to waste my time getting someone to do what I asked him to do on Friday.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Yesterday I had a flat tire and I came in to get it replaced. The manager Stefan was incredible. If you’re looking for a shop as a woman or for your mother, daughter, sister look no further. He was very kind and did not try to sell me one thing that I did not need. He actually went above and beyond and tightened up a few things that were loose. I personally dread going to the mechanics because eight out of 10 times they don’t listen or they’re trying to over so you things you don’t need and that was not my experience with them. If Stefans bosses are reading this post I hope you guys realize how wonderful of an employee you have. I didn’t have much interaction with any of the other employees but with the little interaction that I did have it was all very positive. Thank you Stefan I wish there were more people out here like you. I will be back and I will tell other people.

Bought 4 Yokohama tires back in Oct. One had a steel.belt break called it road hazard cost me another 75.00!

Very dishonest - they’ve lied to me on multiple occasions. They quoted me one price on the phone and then increased it by over $1,000 once they learned what my insurance check would be. Further, to get the full amount of my insurance check, they added on “extra” unnecessary services to drive price up and then lied and told me the work was needed. Even if that were true, which it wasn’t, I didn’t agree to the services before they performed them. The worst part is, the issue still persists. I’ve gone back 3 times in the last 45 days and they still haven’t fixed my original issue, and in some ways, my car is now worse. Stay away. I wish I had. Now, I still have to get my car fixed *and* I also have to get a lawyer.

This place run by racist. Don’t waste your time and money going here. They are full of liars and scammers. They will ruin your day for sure. Stay away from this location. Horrible experience. My biggest mistake bought whole sets tires from them. Never again.
