Titchfield Apartment Community, St. Louis MO

Don’t move here our neighbors have been harassing us and the management does nothing about it. I’d really reconsider signing a lease here drug deals in the parking lot, no response from management. You’ll regret moving here they raise the rent every chance they get, and said two years ago it was for updating the complex…. They painted the halls….

I have lived here for over 12 years now. I have 1 child who has been here all his life. I know MOST of the residents who live here on the property. I’ve seen some of the reviews on here & they are most certainly untrue! Understandably everyone is NOT going to get along with one another. But to go to the lengths that some people do is unreal. This is a great complex to live at! Wonderful people.

The community has well kept buildings, a great location, some newly updated (carpeting, painting, etc.) units and is a good school district. The leasing agent was most helpful in dealing with people who have had little experience in renting apartments. And the rest seems affordable.

I have lived here for 12yrs. Titchfield is a nice quite community nice friendly people I wouldn’t live in community that’s not safe I have kids.
I saw a review by someone else he is way off base, this a nice diverse property.

No problems. Great location. Prompt and friendly maintenance staff and landlord.

Becky Granda & Andrew Granda are dangerous residents. They are also very uncourteous to everyone around them. Management would rather keep them and allow their rude, and violent behaviors to persist then to just find new residents to rent to.

Everything I saw is factual and can be backed up with physical proof. I will continue posting reviews untill they're gone. Everyone who is thinking about moving into these apartments need to know that theirs dangerous people living here.

I'm not the only person who's complained about these people and had incidents involving them. Multiple previous tenats of my unit have. Even a few tenants from the adjacent units have bad things to say. Possible drug dealings, storage units being broken into and suspecting them, and inconsiderate noise complaints.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - when we moved in, we found out we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling that our neighbors told us management knew about BEFORE WE SIGNED THE LEASE. They put a floor to ceiling hole in our bathroom and left it there for FIVE MONTHS while it rained rotting wood, dirty bathtub water, mold, insects, etc.down on us the entire time. I had to threaten to withhold rent just to get them to fix the pipe, the wall was still unfixed by the time we moved out. Maintenance is slow, but the property manager is the problem. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.
