I guess they feel it's not personal but just business. Yes l know l am late. The payment comes at the same time as my mortgage. So when l am late and you always got paid, l don't like hearing messages saying l am in breech of contract as a means to scare or intimidate me. Your message clearly said call you to get back on track and when l do its not good enough. Be professional business and not a mob business.
