Two steps up from goodwill, one step down from Walmart, two steps down from target. But not a lot of options it here in the sticks.

Love that store! I highly recommend it. They are a pet friendly store. The entire staff are very kind. It can get busy but they get their job done

Brand name items at amazing prices! Love this store! Feel like a Rockstar every time I leave, lol. My only complaint is the long line, but it moves fast

Let me get straight to the point the guy at the counter was very funny and charismatic about my post Malone cup and he was a very interactive man and I’m very grateful for his good work thank you sir for everything you made my day I was having a not great day and the amazing selection truly brightened my mood

This shopping experience was very good. The store was well stocked. I loved the variety of items. Store very clean and neat.

The lines were ridiculously long! I know weekends are busy but they have maybe 6-8 register's and only 4 of them maned. Its almost not worth going on the weekend to stand in line for 20+ minutes but obviously we all love the store

Do you not visit the store? Unless you have at least 30 to 45 minutes allotted to stand in line. They never have all of the registers open and I love TJ Maxx but after visiting this one several times, I can actually save time by driving all the way to Overland Park. If it was once or twice, or even during holiday season, I would understand, but this one is consistently understaffed.

You’ve got a line in the middle of the day all the way wrapped around and have two cashiers checking people out while half your staff stands around. Poor management. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get through the line.

This store continues to get worse. It is so disappointing! I used to absolutely LOVE coming here and shopping it’s one of my most favorite stores! However I don’t think I will ever go back to this location unless things change. The line is absolutely horrible! And there is always workers standing around and not getting on registers? ! What is wrong with the management here? At my store when the lines get long we as managers get on the registers. We don’t stand around looking at a pair of shoes? ! After I waited almost an hour in line today I witnessed who I assume to maybe be a manager come up to a register to help, she helped one person then went to the back. Leaving the line to continue to grow past the door. Thanks for all your wonderful customer service!

A line 22 deep on a Thursday afternoon is ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency on the part of the 3 cashiers who are behind the counter. And maybe someone, anyone else in the store might be trained to help people BUY stuff? Get it together TJM.

Love the Blue Springs Store. I've been to Lee's Summit Home Goods and Overland Park but this combo store is my favorite.

I’m here at least once a week checking out their new dresses and other items! Very wide variety of all kinds of things!

In the past I have always loved coming to this store. Always a pretty good selection, clean, etc. But recently I dread going because of one cashier. The first time I encountered this cashier (the only man there, dark long hair) he tried to get me to donate money for their cause they do every year. I politely declined and his demeanor went from friendly and chatty to completely ice cold. When my receipt printed he said "HERE" with a tone and wouldn't even make eye contact with it just looked annoyed and entitled. Once again encountered this same cashier yesterday, this time trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. I declined a few times and as I am walking away, says loudly to his co-worker behind him " SEE I CAN NEVER GET ANYONE". Just unprofessional and makes me want to avoid the store while he works here.

Not enough employees working. Really busy on a Saturday and they had an hr long wait in line. Also was out of everything shelves were empty. There excuse is what's out here is all we have. Must not be ordering enough on the truck.

Always a great place to find everything from household supplies, bedding, furniture and clothes.
