930 am can't reach a branch can't get through to the 800 number. STAY AWAY from this bank

Drive through is painfully slow. 17 minutes for a small withdrawal and 1 other car.fHire more tellers please!

Low savings / certificate rates with lots of caveats. Several competing depositories offer insured accounts with APY's above 5% on 6 - 12 month terms in the area.

I forgot to do this sooner but the lady that helped me was so nice and efficient! She gave me tips about making deposits and made it an overall great experience! I'll definitely be back hehe!
