Tom was very responsive.
Also, Tom did some great research for me and found me the best premium rates for my house and save me quite a bit of money.
Thank you Tom for all your hard work

Called three weeks ago for a quote for my properties and vehicles. Sent info one week later. Been two weeks and still haven't got a quote. The "agent" or broker, called during my lunch hour and said he was going to email me and call and leave a VM, never did. Told me I could text him; texted the number, never replied.
A simple quote shouldn't take 2 weeks or even a week of processing. Obviously, my business was not a priority. Took my business elsewhere where they gave me a quote within a couple of hours.
0 star experience.
