Top Hat Plumbing, Reeds Spring MO

Mike, Top Hat Plumbing, came out and unclogged my kitchen drain. Mike is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Used them for installation of a soft water system and from plumbing issue. Greg and Jay were great and the response time was outstanding on a follow up issue. Will use in the future.

They are punctual and the plumber was polite and professional. That being said. I was displeased with the bill for the repair applied. Jay and I came to an agreement and I was satisfied with the adjustment.

Good work showed up when they said they would. Very professional team to work with got in and out with the job done right!

Charge me 125 the first time and the guy did nothing! So I figured I'd give him a chance the second time and they never even bothered to get back to me because I requested an estimate before they came.

I will say they showed up on time and are professional but they also charged me just under $500 an hour to fix an outside faucet. It took them around 45 min to repair the $25.00 part and charged me over $500 to fix.

As always the service was excellent and Jerry the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and provided very helpful tips. His workmanship was great. They are our go to plumbers every time

What a difference a year has made with this company. Because I had used them in the past and their prices were reasonable, I called them to replace a heating element in the hot water heater, one of the more simple plumbing jobs. Because the female plumber had a problem breaking it loose, it took longer than usual, call it 90 minutes. The bill? $416! Had I had both of them replaced, it would have been $629! I replaced the second one myself this morning in 30 minutes at a cost of $17 for the new element. I had a second plumber here today and asked him what he would have charged me. He said for an hour, it would have been $75 plus the parts cost or, about $95. That's a difference of $321! I will never use Top Hat Plumbing again.

I tried to use this company and they didn't show up for their appointment nor did they call. We had a water leak in our line which not only affected our house but neighbors as well. I made an appointment on Thursday with them and they couldn't come out until Monday at 9 am. No one showed and no one called. I called them and was told that someone had called in and they weren't able to come out until maybe later in the afternoon. Well, that didn't sit to well with me so I called LUCKY PLUMBING and they are taking care of the job since this company is unreliable. I do NOT recommend using them.
