Top Shelf was amazing to work with. Bre was very kind, and helped us customize our menu. The whole process was very organized. It was so nice having them as a full service alcohol provider and bartending service.

It was such a convenience. We didn’t have to worry about a thing just how much alcohol we needed. Bre was amazing and so helpful with her recommendations. They reimburse full bottles and cases that are unused and bring it to the venue and pick it up. They’re great with communication. 10/10 experience I definitely recommend them!

I used Top Shelf at my wedding and I had multiple guests complaining of Cynthia’s attitude. This was incredibly embarrassing for me as the bride and I had to apologize multiple times on her behalf.

We used top shelf for our wedding this weekend and everything was fantastic! We know what we drink, but had no idea how to put together a menu to please a crowd, that's where Bre came through and put together a menu that was a big hit at our wedding! The day of our bartender was Kimberly. She was so nice and absolutely amazing! The entire experience was very professional and hassle free

Did not have a good experience with Top Shelf for my daughters wedding. One of the bartenders was snappy and rude to me as mother of the bride. As well as our guests. She was abrupt at clearing tables when she should have been behind the bar. She asked some guests over and over for their I. D and then said she could refuse to serve them. Kept asking quests at the end of the night for tips when she had already been clearly compensated.
When I called to talk to the manager she basically through it back on me. Wanted more examples of her being rude. Said it wasn’t enough for guests to keep complaining to me. That alone should be enough that I had to hear this all night. I did not have time to tell a paid worker to adjust their attitude. I do not appreciate her condescending attitude towards me on the phone. Maybe their policies need to be changed a little. Like using a stamp on guests that have shown their I. D. Plus a better system to make sure tips where not just pocketed. They could easily lie and say they didn’t get enough tips. Maybe Top Shelf just needs to pay their employees instead of relying on Tips to make up their wages. Plus the left over alcohol should be given to the Bride and Groom to take away.

We had a great experience with Top Shelf for our wedding! The cool thing about them is they own a liquor store and provide bartending services. We compared options of going through a local liquor store for delivery and hiring separate bartenders, and found Top shelf to be very reasonable in pricing. It was worth it for us to go through them to handle everything from the alcohol, cups/garnishes, and bartending! They were great leading up to the day and very patient, as we changed our menu a few times. The night of, they did an amazing job tending to our guests, making our signature drinks, keeping water dispensers full.

Overall, I would highly recommend top shelf for your event or wedding!

Top Shelf was great to work with for our wedding reception. They offered a huge selection of beer, wine, seltzers, specialty drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages. I feel like I emailed them a million times throughout the process with new requests or questions and they were so patient and helpful. They never made me feel like I was asking too much and offered solutions to problems I hadn't even thought of. They were also so great to work with on our specialty drink. We got to pick a few options to taste test and decide on our favorite. My husband loved being able to name the drink and create a poster for our guests. At the reception, they were so professional and so helpful. We got a lot of great compliments on our bartenders service and we were so impressed. Overall such a great team to work with!

We used Top Shelf Bartending for our wedding reception in March 2023 and they did a fantastic job at a great price! They worked with us to create a menu of speciality cocktails as well as a selection of beer, wine, liquor, and mixers.and they were even accommodating when I made a last minute change to the menu! Our speciality drinks were awesome (sangria, old fashion, bee's knees, and Port Light) and our guests raved about the service. We also also appreciated the personalized service where we received as we planned out the various aspects for our events beverage service. On the day of the event the bartenders were awesome and our guests were well cared for and always hydrated. The pricing is hard to beat. The ease of having them provide everything while also not charging you for unused product is a huge benefit to the budget. They are professional from start to finish and we didn't need to worry about anything! We highly recommend Top Shelf Bartending!

We hosted a retirement party and decided to hire Top Shelf to bartend the event. Best decision! They are so professional, handled all the drinks after an in-depth consultation and even made recommendations for us so we could focus on enjoying our night. Kimberly was SO awesome! She kept a watchful eye on Vern (the guest of honor) and I all night and never let our cups run dry. She brought Vern’s drink of choice and water to him as his sat down with food. She gave us helpful tips with setting up the food and games. She helped keep things running smooth even outside of serving drinks. We had such a great time and she was a ROCK STAR!
