Mark came out on the scheduled time, to scope my sewer lateral. I was impressed with his expertise in diagnosing what he was seeing and his ability to explain it to me. Tope sewer is by far less expensive, than the other companies who charge more, for the same exact service. Why pay more, to pay for their advertising to try and induce you to go with them? They came out charged us $150 and determined that they had to cable the home from the roof. Advised that it would cost an additional $300 for two people to perform the roof cabling. $450 for a maintenance cabling is outrageous. We had another company come out, one person, who did it in 1.25 hours. We saved a significant amount of money.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This company has no problem damaging a sink and counter and leaving the elderly home owner (Marine Veteran) high and dry. How dare you! It was YOUR employee that did the damage and then you try to blame it on the contractor that put in the originally which was installed correctly. Do you feel better blaming your mistakes on someone else? You are HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people and shouldn't have a license to own a business.

They arrived on time and solved a problem that ive been dealing with for months in minutes.

They also alerted me tp something major but put me in ease for how to deal with it

They came out took care of our clogged drain, they are replacing our lateral line, great customer service

I've been dealing with this problem since September. The Tope Technician, Seth arrived on time in icey weather. He assessed the problem, strategically addressed the issue & completed
the job within an hour.
