Wonderful experience! I don’t remember my sales consultant’s name but she was very helpful. Everyone was so nice and I will definitely return when in the area!

I used the text shopper option. Kendice was AMAZING! She modeled two different styles, helped me pick out a wallet and had it in the mail that very day! Very pleased with the service. Great Job Kendice!

The text to shop option is super convenient. The staff is very responsive and super patient. I live in Texas and this is by far the best outlet. Laura Leonard was exceptional.

I didn't get to finish browsing the store. The saleslady kept lingering next to me watching me as if I was going to steal something. I left and went next door to the Coach store where I was able to browse without issue and purchased a new bag.

I made a purchase at an outlet near me but never received the order. I had to contact customer service and they said they lost my order and cannot reship it because it was out of stock. Luckily, Marife M, assistant store manager, personally helped me out with this issue and took care of everything! She provided better service than Tory Burch customer service themselves!

Wasn't a fan of most of the items, and the staff lingered around us like we were going to steal something. Because we were laughing and enjoying ourselves? Because I came in with two teens and a tween? Meh. See you at the Kate Spade store.
