Total Access Urgent Care reviews
21I called a couple of other places that told me the wait was very long. I had never been to a TAUC so I gave them a call. The one I called did not have any more openings because I called around 6: 00 in the evening. But she was so extremely nice and found another TAUC that was even closer to my house, and told me she could put me on their wait list. When she explained the wait list, I just felt this great sense of relief because of the way it works. Such a great system! The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would never go any place but there again!
I was pretty miserable going in to the clinic and all the staff could not have been nicer. They all took the time to listen when I was explaining my issues.
When Dr Mike came in, he told me what the problem was and that he was going to send me home with medicine.
He took such care of me and made sure I knew what was going on and made sure I had no questions.
I would suggest this Total Access Urgent Care to anyone.
Zero Stars, Deceptive name. With an open wound on my head the only thing done urgently was to collect my co-pay. Made appointment @ 10: 30am, sat in the parking lot until 12pm, sat in a room until 2pm when I walked out. I was never seen by doctor. Several people around and I couldn’t even get a refund for my co-pay, was handed a card and told to call a number.
The checkin was seamlessly and easy. Front desk was very kind and accommodating. Didn’t act rude or put out when you arrive. The practitioners listened to my issues and gave me medication on the spot. I will return!
It's like an affordable little hospital. Everyone had great bedside manner, they filled prescriptions on-site, and can do blood tests on-site. I'd recommend!
Was very nervous going in due to the situation I had but everyone made me feel like they really cared about my situation which put my mind at ease.
Saved us a trip to the ED. Kristina PA and Zack EMT were fantastic. Still showed that they cared even at the end of their shift and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Did not get receptionists name but instead of being upset that we came in before close, was very helpful and caring. Hoping their manager knows how lucky they are to have staff like this.
No other patients at time of visit and the staff did not delay.staff was courteous, fast, professional and explained step by step what they were doing and how they would do it.
As usual, TUC was efficient and caring. I was told that I needed to put my name on the waiting list. However, when they saw that I was limping, the girl at the front desk said she would bring me back to a room. Dr. Mitchell is the BEST! She made sure I had everything I needed before leaving.
I really liked being able to wait at home while I was "in line". I called on a busy Saturday at 9 in the morning and was already number 32. I was able to have my day and run over about 10 minutes before it was my turn.
The staff was friendly and the Dr.took her time and explored a few different options for treatment and asked my preference. Caring and competent.
Few things I would like to tell about this branch: I scheduled appointment for my kids COVID testing.
1. Scheduling appointment over the phone is very easy.
2. I received a text when to start from home
and Up on reaching parking lot I texted them back and they let me in.
3. Front desk personal is very energetic and friendly. Helped in paper work.
4. Rooms are very clean and we received friendly welcome from the doctor/Nurse.
5. Doctor patiently listened to our concerns and gave us good amount of time.
6. Diagnosis was quick.
Brought my daughter in with a laceration on her head. They took her right in, stapled her, and had us on the way home in less than 45 minutes. Staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient.
Do not go here most uncaring unsympathetic doctors i've ever seen. They jump to assumptions. Waste of my time and money.
I was surprised by my ability to actually call and walk in for service but appreciative for the opportunity. Much praise for the EMT and PA that assisted with my head gash issue - pleasant, efficient and truly interested in understanding my issue and administering a solution with advise.
Everyone was so nice that I forgot about the long wait time. I felt listened to and cared for and will definitely go back.
Staff was extremely courteous and professional. No long wait, got test results quickly. The doctor I saw was extremely pleasant, discussed test results and treatment plan with my PCP while I was there on the phone.
This place is wonderful! I was in severe pain, but I was hesitant to head to the ER because I figured it would be overrun by COVID patients. Plus it's no secret that the ER isn't cheap. My sister told me about this place and thought it would be a good fit. She was right!
Everyone is super nice here - I was shocked. People are usually crabby at my regular urgent care lol. They took the time to explain billing in detail and answer all my questions, which I appreciated.
I love that they have IVs, CT scans, blood draws, and everything else you need for a health crisis here. Though it's dubbed an urgent care, Total Access is basically a cross between a traditional urgent care and an ER. I will never go back to my usual urgent care after visiting Total Access, and my kids probably won't either. My son keeps talking about how nice the staff was and how he's happy they had a TV in the exam room.
I'm a returning patient to TAUC, and that won't stop anytime soon! I got a very painful infection in my arm and the whole time I was there the staff was nothing but caring, gentle, and compassionate!
I was completely satisfied with my visit. All the staff were very professional and helpful, especially since my circumstances were unusual. I would certainly return if I need care in the future.
This is the third location of TAUC I have visited and all of my experiences have been positive. The staff at this location are just as professional, kind and caring as all their locations. They really make you feel taken care of. They explain things well and listen to your concerns. They answer questions completely in plain language.
One piece of advice.if you get on their wait list online.call and ask appropriately how long so you can wait at home comfortably if possible. They are very good at moving patients as quickly as possible but cannot control volume or how long each patient may need for care. They really are the best urgent care in the area.
