Total Access Urgent Care, Florissant MO

Normally gives good service. But I waited 5 hours to be seen. By the time my turn came, we had to pick up my child from school and I had to let go of my spot. Was more like a ER than a UC. Not sure if short staffed or new policies, but unfortunately it's not the same.

I had a fishing lure stuck in my finger today and was in the most pain I have ever experienced…my dad couldn’t pull it out so we had to go to urgent care which I wasn’t happy about, but the people that work here worked super quick and not only that after they numbed my finger I didn’t feel a single thing…felt some peeling but no pain at all.best experience I have had at a medical facility yet…thank you guys so much

Building is covered in "Walk in anytime" signs, but they haven't been accepting walking the last two times I've attempted to visit.

They should probably remove the signs, or add some other signs to tell you they're not actually taking walkins and you shouldn't waste your time.

I need an CT SCAN and some labs done ️ I received great quality care from the entire staff I made an appointment before arriving and from check in to discharge they treated me well

I was seen at Total Access Urgent Care and my visit was very very pleasant staff is very professional and treat you with dignity. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a true emergency the staff will treat you with respect and find out what your problem is and treatment

Doctors are very thorough here. Everyone is nice. I didn't even sit down in lobby, after checking in, because they were already bringing me and my son back to the exam rooms.

Doctor David and his crew were great at taking care of me and following up to see how I was feeling. Would recommend them to anyone!

I had an emergency for my 2 babies under the age of 2 so I decided to come here. When I arrived I was told it would be an 3 hour wait and was immediately rushed back out. I came back when it was time to only for them to tell me they didn’t accept my kids insurance! If they only accept certain insurance this should be told UP FRONT! Now I have to take my babies somewhere else and wait all even due to their lack of communication! I will never return to do business with them again.

Experience unusual coughing for 13 fays my Mercy primary physician called in codeine guaifen 5mg. If I didn't fill better after taking for 3 days, I could call her virtual. But come in the office. Not been in her office since 2019. Only see critical patient like diabetics etc. Feeling I could handle coughing & blowing nose all night. I came to your Access Urgent Care office, and was treated like a patient who going get answers to my illness and solve the problem. I been in house for 5days staying on medicine they proscribe getting so much better. Diagnosed with Community-Acquired Pneumonia. Read my notes daily to ensure I following Lindsey Gaspar, PA'C. If their ever a need for myself to be seen for my medical problems. I have confidence this office is quality and mot afraid to consultant and ask questions out of concern to help the patient no matter who you are. Love it!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was injured on the job, had to come in for X Ray services. There wasn’t a long wait time and I received excellent care while in the facility.

Nice friendly environment. Although, the wait was a little long; it was definitely better than sitting in an emergency room. The entire staff was courteous and very professional.

Dr. Fisher was awesome! He gave solid advice and treated my cut with the best care. The entire team from the front desk reception to the check out was kind and professional. I'll definitely recommend this TACU to anyone in need of urgent care.

Went in for a COVID test and the employees treated me amazing. From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out. Very grateful for them.

This is BY FAR THE BEST urgent care I’ve ever been to. When it was time to be seen, we got in and got right out. Everyone was genuinely friendly and courteous. I appreciate good customer service and this is the reason I’ll return, if needed.
