Total Access Urgent Care, Ellisville MO

I continue to be so impressed by TAUC. I have been to multiple locations and they are very kind and caring, efficient, and excellent all the way around. I prefer them over my Primary Care office.

Walking in to Ellisville, MO TAUC yesterday, I felt like complete trash. The provider, phlebotomist, EMT, and Xray people all helped me so much. I spent about 3 hours there, but they truly care about their patients and I feel so much better today.

I waited in the comfort of my home until it was my turn. Once I got checked in, I was in and out. Very nice staff

I had a great experience. I was seen within 10 minutes. I was able to get my X-rays done right there, got my prescription right there. Everything all in one place was reeeeally nice, specially when you don't feel well. I've used this location 3 or 4 times in 4 years, it is always this way, fast and easy. I would go to UC over ER for anything that UC can care for. Thanks to the folks working there!

Everyone was helpful and gracious even though I came in close to the end of the day; they did everything possible to make sure I felt respected and comfortable, listened to my input and sent me off with prescriptions to tackle the problem.

I had a pretty decent experience. I’m not factoring in time like how long it took to get in because you could tell all urgent cares were very busy. Everyone was really nice, and once I was in and seen, everything went super quickly. I felt they were efficient and fast! Pretty happy overall. The staff was very friendly.

I visited TAUC this weekend for severe back pain. Their online sign-in system made the visit much easier. Caretakers were compassionate and thorough. Very positive experience

Dr Osbourne and all the staff @ Urgent care were helpful and kind. They had me in and out quickly, with the results I needed.

Every aspect of my visit was excellent. Demeanor and care from the staff was wonderful. And my affliction was resolved through the care and medicine they provided.

The staff was prompt, professional, and caring. I felt very relieved knowing I had bronchitis not pneumonia based on the x-ray.

Dr. Kat was excellent. I had to have an abscess drained and she was very patient and gentle with me. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and the job was done right.

Everyone here is so nice from the front desk to the x-ray techs to emts and doctors. Love that you can get your meds here too. Very efficiently ran as well. Thanks again for all your help. 5 plus stars!

Worst experience ever! I have been here since 8: 30 am and left by 11: 20 pm for a PCR TEST.employees were nice but that doesn’t help with all the wait specially they were not busy at all.not coming back

Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Wait time was minimal and every staff member I came into contact with seemed HAPPY. That's the way it is supposed to be. People enjoying their jobs. Thanks TAUC.

I had a great experience here. The 2 people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment for a covid test and had no wait time. The NP was cheerful and people oriented covid results within 15 minutes. It was clean, quick, and a positive experience. I would highly recommend.

We have always been to a TAUC Urgent Care in the past for a number of reasons. However recently, we have gone to a TAUC location for Covid testing before traveling or getting together with out of town family members.

Every employee, no matter which location, has been courteous, respectful, and professional. When needing medical attention, this is extremely important and reassuring. TAUC is my first choice every time.

Total Access is the BEST urgent care I’ve ever used. I can’t say enough good about it. Making an appointment is simple. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. It is extremely professional and well run. You will NOT be sitting in the waiting room for two hours as I have experienced at other urgent care facilities. I have been to two different Total Access facilities and they were both outstanding! If you need urgent care, this is the place to go!
