Total Access Urgent Care, Bridgeton MO

This was the best urgent care/ emergency room I have ever been to. The staff was great and kept checking on you I was very sick and the Doctor worked hard to get all of my vitals back to normal. I feel so much better!

The level of care, concern for the patient, and professionalism is OUTSTANDING. I can’t say enough great things about every one there. A special thanks for the young lady who checked me in and scanned and input all the information. She definitely went above and beyond. I believe the group of people working at Bridgeton, Missouri define health care at its absolute best.

I was extremely dehydrated from a stomach bug and they were extremely fast checking me in and getting me on an IV. From reception to checking out everyone was very friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Very happy with my visit.

I was having several symptoms and was very worried it might be related to my heart. I called ahead of time and they got me right in to start running tests. The staff were so kind and helped me calm down while checking to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely come here again.

Its been awhile since I used a urgent care. Before you would sit in a waiting room for hours. With the new changes. Now you check in online from anywhere. They let you know how many people are in line ahead of you. When you become #2 in line you need to head to the urgent care facility to fill out paperwork and see the doctor. My wait was about 2 hours. The place was nice and clean. I was greeted with a smile and the staff who took care of my medical needs was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.

I had the most comfortable experience I have ever had in an Urgent Care facility. Everyone was so nice and very professional and compassionate. I recommend TAUC in Bridgeton, MO to anyone needing this type of facility. Great customer and wonderfully compassionate care!

Mya, Jass, Alexander, Katie, and Dr. Dowers all took great care of me. They took time to listen, checked on me regularly, had a great bedside manner, made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed, and got me feeling better. Very grateful for their compassionate, attentive care.

I've been to the #30 Bridgeton Total Access Urgent Care 3 times. Every time the people there were very kind, thoughtful, and do amazing work. I think I will invest in Total Access Urgent Care! It's a great company and they produce results with no emergency room wait and their fees are affordable.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were very concerned about the pain in my ankle and made sure they did everything needed to protect me from any unnecessary pain. This is not the first time at the urgent care and if possible I will always chose to go to them.

I have been housesitting in Bridgeton, although I live in Poplar Bluff, MO, where I receive almost all my medical care at the VA Medical Center. I injured my ribs after I fell and hit the right side of my torso. I mistakenly waited to see if my injury could heal on it's own. I finally went to TAUC, Bridgeton yesterday, May 22nd. I have been seen at this location in the past and have always received wonderful care. This incident was as good as or even better than any of the other times. The patient care tech, Megan, the PA, Sharnice, and the Radiology Tech (I didn't get her name) were beyond superb! They were friendly, caring, thorough, and professional in every way! I was taken care of in a timely manner throughout the entire time I was there, and everyone I came into contact with was incredible! I so appreciate the care I received and wanted to ensure that my sincere thanks and appreciation is passed on to the entire staff!

This is a great clinic to visit for any medical concern you may have that does not require treatment in an emergency room. The staff are all friendly, efficient, helpful, and competent. The cost is also significantly less than being seen at any emergency department.

Every employee I encountered from the receptionist, medical assistant, X-ray technician and the Nurse practitioner was friendly and professional. Highly recommend the Bridgeton location when you’re under the weather.

I’m so grateful for urgent cares like Total Access. I really like the online check in so you’re not waiting all day. I was seen in a timely manner & having a prescription filled while waiting is awesome. I came in with a sore throat and body aches. My doctors office wouldn’t fit me in due to these symptoms but urgent care took me to problem.

I have been going to TA on weekends when needed for years, I took my son for fever and sore throat. They got him in, tested, him, treated him and walked out with his medication in an hour and a half. We were able to go straight home with the medicine and get him home to rest. I will be going back and THANK YOU Alex for the help.

I found everyone to be polite and professional at this facility.
My wait time seemed longer than usual but it appears allergy season is off to a running start.
I will definitely recommend my friends and family to TAUC in the future

The staff was very friendly, but they were really slow getting through patients. At 4: 14, I checked in and was #7 in line. At 6: 30 I was #2 and entered. I had a staff member come in twice to tell me I was next, but wasn't seen until 7: 30. I left at 8: 20.

They also didn't accept my health insurance provided by the school district I work for. By the time I checked in, it had already been 2 hours and I didn't want to cancel and went ahead with the appointment. It ended up costing $174 for a strep throat test. I can't fault TAUC for not taking my insurance, I should have checked first, but that seems ridiculously expensive for the treatment my child recieved.

Again, very nice people, but it's pretty crazy it took 4 hours to clear 7 patients.

They found out I needed more than Urgent Care and sent me on to the Emergency Room. I'm grateful for that, as I was in worse shape than I thought. I appreciate them being thorough and frank with me.

To wait a whole two hours plus to be seen today was ridiculous. I was at 4 for an hour. I was told 30 minutes on wait time, 30 minutes came and went. I’ve had good service before that’s why I came back but today no!
