Horrible experience was in a room for 1 hour 20 minutes never saw a dr and left. There was no follow up from anyone at the facility as to why I left or the results of my urine specimen. Will not go there again.

First time going to urgent care. Everything went smooth and I love how the wait list operated.

Brought my son in because he injured himself on the playground at school. The provider was quick and efficient, the x-ray tech was great, and the clinical team member who helped fit my son for his sling was awesome too.the provider was even able to set us up with a same day appointment for a orthopedic specialist at another facility. Our first experience with a broken bone couldn't have been handled better.

110 percent professional, way faster than the er. Unfortunately I ended up in er 24 hours later, and to come to the same conclusion or diagnosis. Surgery repaired hernia. Soar but all better now! Thank you so much!

Immediate attention. Everyone was very kind, caring and attentive as I had a very bad ankle break. Dr. Spire was amazing from explaining my injury to helping decide what hospital to go to. Thank you.

I had severe sciatica flare up, could barely sit for 2 minutes at a time, could only stand. Made my appointment online, got right in and everyone, from the person who greeted me at the front desk, intake and Dr I saw were absolutely amazing, moved quickly and had me feeling better by the time I got back home and I was able to sleep without major pain. I am grateful for your services! Highly recommend. I also love the fact you can fill any prescribed medications right then and be on your way. Will bring my family here from now on. But I'm hoping I don't have to lol.

I was waiting on right away. The assistant and attendee were nice and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnosis by problem and refer me to a specialist.

I really appreciate how kind and attentive the staff was at my recent visit. I waited less than I have in the past. The online waitlist tool is a godsend. Thank you for being great!

Staff were very professional and the Physicians Assistant was excellent. I have been there several times and never had a bad experience.everyone was pleasant and very professional I am an RN and only go to the best!

Went in for back spasms. Very quick, courteous, professional. Had a few tests including a CT. Nothing serious, just a very uncomfortable strain. Left with some muscle relaxers and instructions for treatment which has gone a long way in helping the discomfort. Was pleased with my care.

Everyone was very kind. Only complaint wash had to wait 45minutes in the room until the doctor came in.

The staff was very friendly and caring. My wait was super short and I am on the mend. I appreciate that the PA listened to my concerns and didn’t order unnecessary tests.

The front desk and female attending staff was great and helpful and caring. They got us in quickly and were very understanding. However, the male nurse practitioner that attended me was less than helpful. I went in for abdominal pain and after explaining my symptoms to him, he told me “Well I can give you a pelvic exam, but I’m not an OBGYN”. While I appreciated him acknowledging his inexperience, it felt very cold and unsympathetic. He prescribed me an antibiotic and absolutely nothing for the pain- just advising me to go to an ER. My husband and I were so frustrated and unimpressed with his service and will not be going back to this location.

Everyone was so kind and helpful especially since I had a traumatic experience, could not have been better in any area!

The care I received at the Telegraph location was above and beyond anything I expected. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Dr McClure addressed all my concerns and treated me with such kindness that I felt so at ease when I left. I highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to go back.

I was seen on October 9th by Dr McClure. I was very nervous and wanted her to do minimum (because of the pain).
She seemingly recognized that and took a whole different approach.
She told me what she thought was best but let me know that she would honor my "minimal" approach if that's what I wanted.
Dr McClure talked to me in a way that made me comfortable letting her do whatever she needed to.

Very fast after going online to make appointment. Very thorough. Got meds at the clinic - didn't have to go to the pharmacy.

I was seen immediately by Haley Mayo and the care I received was something that I appreciate very much. I am grateful that the Access Urgent Care is located in an area that is close to my home. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs good, urgent care.

Online check in was a breeze, I was seen quickly and taken very good care of. All the staff was great and it was a breath of fresh air to be taken seriously. They were able to get me in for an ultrasound immediately at a different location with a plan to move forward. Was a good experience.
