1 I have to use Total Access many times both for myself and when my son’s primary has no spots for him. I’ve never had a poor experience at any Total Access….
Update to previous review: be aware of charges applied and how they appear on billing statements or credit card charges. I had what appeared to be multiple repeat charges after a few visits, and after several attempts to get it straightened out with their main office, I marked them as repeat charges with my credit card company. After six months, I received a bill from TAUC stating I owed them back the refunded charges AND an additional convenience fee for my fraudulent claim. I called their office to inquire and they said “You should’ve called and asked before marking it as a repeat charge. ” I explained that I tried to, but to no avail. After contacting an attorney it was determined the additional fee was legal, although it was BS. I paid it back in $10 increments. I now suggest Mercy Urgent care and no longer utilize TAUC services.
