It was really good the tech or nurse that took care of me was very thorough and very polite I had to call back and ask the doctor some questions about my paperwork and she answered them and asked was there anything else but was not quick to get off the phone which normally they don't have time so I was impressed the actual Dr got on the phone

Was very thorough and explained everything thats going on in a manner in which I could actually understand.

Facility was well ran and very clean. The staff was friendly, caring, and compassionate. I would recommend to anyone.

My experience during a pandemic was clean, friendly and considering the amount of patience fast. Felt very comfortable and will return if needed.

Checked in online which allowed us to stay home until it was time to go. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and able to take care of us quickly.

It's so nice to be seen by a doctor, get x-rays, and medicine all in one location. When you don't feel good, that is such a blessing. The staff are kind and helpful, this is my choice when in need, for sure

Went in for a sore throat.same symptoms i had a few weeks ago with strep.paid a $40 copay.they diagnosed the sore throat as ulcers, meds for that was $35. On day 5 and symptoms are worse. Called to talk to them and in order for them to do anything i need to come in and pay another $40 copay and probably pay for different meds. Only plus side to this ordeal was they were open on Saturday and service was quick.

Myself and my two children came in on a Sunday morning to get checked out for sore throats. The nurses and nurse practitioner that we interacted with were outstanding! They were all great with the kids and kept them stress-free during the checkup, making for an enjoyable visit.as best as could be under the circumstances! We've been here before and will continue to come back for our healthcare needs!

My favorite urgent care. I went in first thing Saturday morning and was seen right away. Was in and out with my medicine in hand in 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. They were super quick and efficient but I didn't feel rushed or like they were in a hurry to move on.

TAUC and their staff are amazing. I came in barely able to walk. They seen me within 20 minutes of my arrival. They were attentive, caring and did everything they could to help me out. I was examined, xrayed, given shots, and counseled all with 1.5 hours. I will never hesitate to use TAUC again.

Friendly staff. Was taken care of immediately and provided medication at the facility. Have been to other Urgent Care in town but will return to TAUC again for future needs!

Another fantastic experience with Total Access Urgent Care. I walked in and was in a room within 5 minutes. I was in and out the door within 30 minutes, including check-in, exam/testing, and dispensing medication. Super friendly, competent, and concerned staff.

My first visit to TA Urgent Care, and I was impressed. My back is responding to the medicine prescribed, and I'm hopeful that this will get me through this round of back trouble. The staff and Doctor were professional, friendly, demonstrated the sense of urgency appropriate for the pain that I was experiencing.

Best urgent care place out there! I've had some bad experiences at other urgent cares (SSM) and they have restored my faith in urgent care. Everyone is so nice and they seem to actually CARE about your well being! They have all the equipment in the building to get the job done! I feel as though they went above and beyond to make sure I was okay before leaving! What great service! Thank you!

TAUC has been a great resource for my whole family’s medical needs when we’re needing medical care quickly. After taking my 1 1/2yr old there for the first time this past spring and being very impressed with the customer service and care they provided, I haven’t hesitated to take myself or my other family members to TAUC when needed. They provide some of the best customer service and care around!
