The staff were very friendly and helpful in helping me find a dress. Within the first couple of minutes being there I was approached by staff asking if I needed help. The dresses were good quality, everything was very clean. The only downside I would say is the dresses are a bit more expensive than others.

What an amazing store! From Prom, Wedding, Mother of the bride, Cocktail dress, very elegant dresses and gowns! Very helpful, reasonable prices, great store! Check it out, they even have jewelry and shoes to match!

These girls were AMAZING! I went in last minute for a formal dress and they listened to what I was looking for and had a selection for me to try on in no time! They had SO many beautiful dresses that it was so hard to choose, but when I got to the “one” I just knew. It was such a stress free experience for a non-formal wearing customer that hasn’t shopped formalwear in YEARS! The alterations were perfect and they had everything ready to go in more than enough time for my event. I have already been recommending them to everyone that has commented on my beautiful dress. I went with my mom to try on dresses for the first time and they were all amazing. Samantha helped us so so much and made all my nerves go away. They will be your biggest hype girl and make sure you feel like the best version of yourself. I didn’t get a dress that day because I wanted to try on dresses with my nana BUT I will most likely calling back to order it since I was out of town. 11/10 recommend.

We bought a wedding dress VERY BAD EXPERIENCE when we went to return it she acted like i was stupid and saying there were signs all over the store saying NO REFUNDS! She said she told my wife and we have witnesses she didnt. She charged my card and we signed the swip pad and it went on the reciept and she handed my wife the copy of the NO RETURN POLICY! Without a word! NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT NO REFUNDS- WHATSOEVER! We hadnt even used the dress and 1 business day hadnt even passed. OH BUT SHE WOULD PUT IT ON CONSIGNMENT (BUT) THIS ALONE HAS MADE ME SURE I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Do not put your dress on consignment with them! It has been almost 2 years and I have not received compensation for my dress. I have repeatedly called and emailed asking what has happened with my dress, no answer. I guarantee you that they are scamming a lot of people this way! I have talked to a few other people that have had the same issue.

Update: You finally respond when I leave a review. I called and emailed multiple times without response for 2 years!

The Touch of Class team did a fantastic job of helping me find my bridesmaids dresses. The girls looked so classy and elegant. Which is what we were going for. Mike was looking for a red tuxedo and was having a difficult time matching the reds. He went to Touch of Class and they helped him get the tuxedo he wanted in a timely manner. All of the ladies there are very helpful and professional. Thank you for making our special day amazing.

Loved the tuxes, but the week of our wedding all of the tuxes we ordered had issues and had to be sent back. It added a lot of stress to my week, especially because it was only a few days before my wedding. It ended up working out, but wish there hadn’t been any issues with measurements to begin with.
