This hotel had great water pressure and temperature for the shower. The bed was comfy and if they had hot Oatmeal for breakfast and a working venting fan in the bathroom I might have rated them as a 5.

Just a heads up for a wanting to work here. The General Manager Greg works off property so basically after a week your on your own. Fighting his battles & getting yelled at left & right for his messes! The Head housekeeper Dan is a 2 face. Multiple people have quit because how he treats the staff. There are a lot of traveling sports teams who treat the hotel & hotel guests poorly. They basically run the place! It’s an awful experience! They will not give you a raise unless you ask. Then they meaning the GM Greg doesn’t apply it to your check hoping you forgot you asked. KMG hotels in an awful company to work for!

My wife and I rented a room at this hotel solely to use the bathroom for a shower. My wife recently had surgery and is in a wheelchair. All our showers are on the second floor of our home and she had been unable to shower for over a week. We talked to staff about the situation, confirmed a handicapped accessible room and confirmed we might be a few minutes late checking out due to the difficulty of maneuvering around with showering using a wheelchair. On Saturday morning, we called to let them know we would likely be 15 to 20 minutes late checking out and were instructed that late checkouts were not permitted on weekends. We mentioned the conversation with staff earlier in the week and were advised that what we were told was wrong. We told the front desk person that we would do our best to be out of the room promptly at 11: 00. At exactly 11: 00 there was a knock on our door from housekeeping checking if we’re ready to leave. We rolled out the door 1 minute later. The hotel staff during the week was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and convenient. The hotel staff on the weekend was terse, distant and completely non-empathetic. I understand that hotels have rules, but people have lives that do not always perfectly accommodate those rules. Regardless of the good experience we had with this hotel prior to arrival, the weekend staff was beyond disappointing and completely soured our experience. We will not stay at this hotel again, will not suggest family stay here again (which happened this weekend) and we recommend you avoid this hotel like the plague. There are about 20 hotels within 5 miles of this place. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

ATTENTION MOLD FILLED ROOM!

Upon checking into room 103, I was greeted by the unsettling sight of mold spots that marred various areas of the room, including the closet door and above the bed. I question how bad the mold is because the mold is seeping through the wallpaper and the door is not connected to a main wall.

Hoping for a resolution, I reported the matter to the front desk, only to be assigned room 203, supposedly on the "other side of the hotel". To my dismay, it was directly above 103 and already occupied by another guest. This not only added to my frustration but raised serious questions about the hotel's room assignment and privacy protocols.

A final attempt was made to placate me with room 303, once again purportedly on the other side of the hotel, but by then my trust in the staff's word was completely eroded. The manager's futile attempts to convince me to stay felt more like an aggravation rather than assistance, as I found myself trying to explain the dangers of mold exposure and the importance of guest privacy and comfort.

I left the premises feeling deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards Marriott is maintaining at this establishment. The negligence I experienced is unacceptable from any hotel, let alone a brand with the prestige of Marriott. I deeply regret not taking more photos and videos to provide a clear testimony of the distressing conditions I encountered.

Was charged for enhanced internet for 21 days even though the sign in states that titanium elite members get it for free. My employer reimburses me for my stay but won’t accept an incorrect bill so I have tried to get a correct bill through the hotel and Marriott customer service. The hotel is not concerned whatsoever and customer service said they would request the charges be refunded. In the meantime, I’m out over $3000 because they cannot provide me with a corrected bill. They make the mistake and I get the shaft. If I had known this would've been such a headache, I would've stayed somewhere else.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We arrived late in the evening and the guy at the desk was super nice and helpful but by morning, the clerk in the morning was rude and just terrible. The breakfast was just ok and seemed to be very lazy compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The clerk (a guy) didn’t care to accommodate another guest on syrup and was down right rude. The lady that serves breakfast was also rude stating “it’s a sweet waffle. ” Therefore didn’t require syrup? 2 days there and I should have chosen Comfort Inn right up the street. This is not a Marriott stay.

One of the nicest hotels, and the nicest staff (Especially Pamela at the front desk) I’ve ever experienced. Always helpful and welcoming. Room was incredibly nice and overall a pleasure to stay.

Clean, Friendly, new building. Breakfast weak no fruit only sugar items.
Front desk person not friendly, short with Check in didn't want to be working. Spent time outside on phone

Horrible place. Not sure why they even have 1 star. Rude, not helpful, old decor, filthy, avoid this place or you’ll wish you did. Iesha is disgusting, Vilma is pathetic, Jesse and Kim were the only decent, kind people at the property, everyone else were Unknowledgeable, unprofessional and unhelpful. I’m done with Marriott all together as this place was the final straw.

I literally lived in Marriott properties for a few years. Iesha and Vilma are the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with at any Marriott. The rooms are outdated, this Town Place Suites is owned by a Patel hence, the Choice Motel feel from service to condition of the property. I would not let my dogs stay at this property let alone will I ever step foot back there again. They've overcharged me, did not upgrade me per the elite ambassador member status, they locked me out of my room when they tried to charge my card for the second week I was staying there without talking to me first. I had been robbed at gun point the night before, was a work in meetings all day and did not have an opportunity to call or listen to their 500 voicemails before noon therefore, my room had been entered and then locked while I was out. It took an evening front desk clerk nearly 45 mins to figure out how to complete payment for the new card I had to go get that day and then more time to figure out how to unlock the door since they put some special lock on it. The sales person Iesha couldn't even remember and did not document the conversation we had 2 weeks prior to my arrival therefore, when I attempted to get checked in to begin with they tried to charge my card $900+ for a credit hold on my account which no other property has done including Westin's, JW's, etc etc. This place is a nightmare to deal with. They've charged me for an extra night or something as I noticed today on my bank account and when I called Vilma was unprofessional, threatened not to call me back and acted like a miserable, pathetic piece of garbage working for peanuts for a Patel hotel owner. I'll never step foot in another Marriott property if this charge is not resolved and I will file a lawsuit against this property tomorrow if the erroneous payment is not reversed.

Patel owned, outdated rooms, pots and pans were beyond unsafe, all scratched up, one had crusty old food stuck to it.
Old outdated rooms, and small tv’s, plus the service was out for a day and a half. Room was damp, humid, The only pleasant part of the stay was the young man at the front desk in the evenings, I believe his name is Jesse. I wouldn’t have left any stars if it weren’t for him. He’s been very professional, very accommodating, and a pleasure to do business with.others at this property not so much, unfortunately as I stay in hotels in the area 5 nights a week every week. My advice to Jesse, run! This is my 1 and only time staying at this property.

Nice location next to an outlet mall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower was meh, very little pressure, but it did the job. Breakfast was standard Marriott fare, although they did have Fox News on both TV’ s. I recommend a more neutral channel to try to not offend anyone. My only complaint is we reached titanium the night we stayed there. No comment from the front desk, so i pointed it out and asked if that qualified us for an upgrade. He mumbled something about it depends on points (we have over 160,000 points) so no upgrade. I didn’t push it because if you have to beg, then it’s not a perk. Other Marriotts have made a big deal when we changed status without us even mentioning it. Not sure how many titanium or ambassador status guests stay in chesterfield Missouri, but if you are looking for an acknowledgment of Marriott loyalty you won’t get it here.
Other than that, this is a good choice.

Over all good place to stay. If you like taking a hot shower skip over this one. Luke warm at best. When we asked the front desk they said "everyone is taking a shower sorry"

Had a great experience at this hotel. The front desk employee, Pam, was so welcoming and friendly…plus she gave us a recommendation for an excellent nearby restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the price was quite reasonable. We also liked the location. It was right off highway 64 and separate from the heavily used hotels nearby on I-70.

Hotel was fine - standard upper-mid priced hotel. But they did absolutely nothing to enforce the mask mandate. We were greeted to a packed lobby with people running everywhere with very few wearing masks. If we had any alternative we would have turned around and left.

Room was more than comfy. Perfect stayvacation. Pool was perfect, great hours and the grills were available to cook with a fire pit to chill. Will definitely be back.
