Never will I buy a boat again from Bass Pro and have it serviced at Tracker in Springfield MO. They had my boat for a month last summer to fix a few warranty issues. These issues included vinyl repair, fiberglass cracks, custom boat cover not made correctly, fish finder not working. After a month nothing was fixed except a fiberglass crack. My custom cover (which I don't use often) Doesn't fit the factory canopy I bought with the boat at the same time or over the trolling motor thay was purchased and installed at the same time. They were supposed to fix a few vinyl spots that were torn from the factory. We pointed each one out and the Service tech thay helped us looked at each and wrote it down. Then they said they couldn't find it. My 3 in 1 HDS live with active imaging never worked so they were supposed to look at it. I ended up fixing it after figuring out that they had it installed incorrectly. A couple doors were not mounted properly and they didn't fix that either. The boat in question that had so many issues from brand new was a 2022 Tahoe 2150cc. Today was the first time I went to cover my boat because normally it's kept in my shop and when the cover didn't fit (again) that's what prompted a year late review. I also don't like that Bass Pro has you sign all financing paper work before you see your boat. Had I seen it prior with these issues I'd have left it there and kept my trade in. I suggest double checking any boat you order and double checking service at the time of completion. Definitely dont rely on the service department to do their job without you holding them accountable. Hope this helps someone.

Made an appointment two weeks ahead, dropped off the boat for warranty work. Called back 5 days later to check on it, only to find out that I have to wait another 10 business says for it to get looked at. Very frustrating at this point.

Horrible experience! Don't bother taking your boat there. They lied to us over and over. Said they ordered the parts or else they overnighted them. Finally they said we could pick it up on a Thursday and that was another lie. The sad thing is I think they are so used to lying it's not a big deal to them. We waited 4 months, for minor repairs. Never would have gotten it if I hadn't showed up there, I'm sure it would have been months later. I think they get their pros and buddies in first. Really wish we had taken it somewhere else, horrible service, way overpriced and bad customer service. Wish I could give it a zero.
