I called yesterday asking if I could bring up a belt that was too big that I had the receipt for. They said "yes no problem as long as I had reciept. " Today I went there to be told it was past 30 days so it was too late. I asked Matt if he could just override the computer if he chose. He said "I am the manager, I can do whatever I want". I could tell it made his day better to make my day worst. I feel absolutely disgusted.

Store is clean and nice, but it’s so hard to get a employee to actually show you where something is! I had 3 different employees point to where the product I was needing was at until one actually showed me!

Tractor Supply a bottle of Terramycin was just delivered from your store to my house. It was opened and missing tablets.

I'm doing this review because I feel like Multiple employees were called to the front door immediately like some organized move assuming someone was gonna steal and run out with stuff. I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast.maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! And she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!
On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.

Bought potting soil and soil amendments with manure. Check out was fast and clerk was well trained

I called ahead to find an item. I was told it was in stock and given the price. However, they did not have the item and were told they never had it.

If 0 stars was an option, I would pick that. Management at this store is beyond horrible. Refuses to talk or work with you and actually turned and walked away while still having questions on the issue. They do not tell you that you have 30 days to return something even if the item is missing something or broken. I would highly not recommend shopping at this store, especially this location. Manager's name was Matt. If you get him, good luck.

Edit to review - Cooperate reached out to me and overrode the managers decision to allow us to return the product that was a week passed the unknown 30 day limit. Appreciate corporate Tractor Supply working with me to return over $400 worth of items that the store "manager" Matt refused to let us return.

Nice store to shop in.very friendly great selection of animal food and you can bring your dog with you

Awesome customer service every time! I have always been treated as if I were the only person in the store! Great staff throughout the store. I will will always shop at this Tractor Supply. If this is an example of their other facilities, Tractor Supply corners the market on service and prices.

Great deals on carhart and blue mountain jackets and hoodie sweaters nice people and fare prices will tell my family and friends and will continue to shop there my self for years to come

Tractor Supply Company is known for its legendary service and this location sets the bar unbelievably high. The men and women that work here are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.and capable of recommending solutions for tedious tasks. Each person should be commended, but it begins with incredible leadership and works it's way down. Wesley, Don and Dan are exemplary in there roles. Word of mouth still works. Now go spread the word!

After calling around and searching at multiple hardware stores searching for a specific cordless tool, I called tractor supply. Wesley was very patient with me on the phone while I asked a ton of questions about his availability on tools and batteries. It was very refreshing having good customer service over the phone. I would highly recommend finding Wesley your as yours representative if you go to this location. Thank you!

Was in there today an they had a rude customer who only had 1 item and was throwing such a fit. I let him go in front of me and poor Dylan had to deal with his bad attitude but did it very well with a great professional attitude. I went to Cheryl and if you all do not know Cheryl step inside and say hi she is super fast and very friendly and will make u laugh.

My one and only issue with Tractor Supply is that I go in for one item and always leave with more.lol.you can always find a deal there, just go look and you will see what I mean. ️

If you are looking for a mower I highly recommend looking here. We found a great mower and they delivered the next day. It was a great experience and everyone was helpful.

Everytime I come in this store there is only one cashier and the line is around the corner.ill be going to home depot from now on
