Orscheln had a much better selection of hardware. Yeah this store is bigger but in reality the aisles are spaced far apart and looks like the old stores same inventory just spread out. More power tools and bigger clothing section.
Got asked for my birthday for a can of spray paint smh. I laughed and got a lecture about how I should expect that and that has been happening for a long time now. Then got asked for phone #, for paint and some bolts.nope.not needed. Gave new store a shot but I can't see any reason to go back. Menards, Lowes, Rural King, Buccheits are much better.

The store claimed everything was on sale as it was going out of business. In reality very little was on sale.

I really wish Orscheln was still available I Love Orscheln and don't like it that it's going to be TSC I don't like TSC

Went in to look at the clearance because they've been bought out by tractor supply. Anything I would of been interested in wasn't actually on sale.

Cool store and right now they're having an inventory sale 60% off the entire store until October 6th

I always enjoy shopping at Orschelns, our bunnies and the neighborhood birds enjoy the food, and keep coming back for more.so, I am sure we will too.

Orscheln store is a very pleasant store to shop in for everyone. They are always willing to help you find what you are looking for and if they don't have it, they will order it. Friendly people working.

This is a good store for buying home and small gardening supplies. Most farmers could probably utilize many of thier products as well.

So much better than Rural King. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. The other place half the time they don't know where things are in their own store.

Went into the store looking for a certain screw and bolt I really didn’t know the size or anything but I had the screw the guy trying to help me didn’t know more than me please hire people who have knowledge of helping people in what you sell

I had a problem with them not being able to tell me how much I had left on my gift card. How can you not be able to check this. I went to there website I put in the card # then it wanted me to give them my pin as well. On a third party link. I don't think so.
