Treetop Village, Village of Four Seasons MO

We could overlook a lot of the issues with the units for the unique environment, if they didn’t burn brush 20 feet from the deck, at noon. Not only does it make the decks unusable, you can’t even go outside, due to the smoke.

Update, hours later, one of the floors in our unit smells like smoke from Treetop’s brush burning. No idea where it’s leaking in from…People have headaches from the smoke. If you like you unit smelling like smoke, and unusable outdoor space, this is the place for you. On a positive note, the unit has a washer/dryer so we can wash all our clothes that were kept in the floor that wreaks is smoke.

Private 3 bedroom and 3 bath with room for the entire family. Gorgeous views of lake and woods. So peaceful. Close to grocery stores, hiking, sites to visit and family fun activities. It was a great place to rest and unwind.and then seek out adventures and new experiences when we wanted to. Excellent coffee and restaurants within easy drive (10-20 minutes tops).

It’s AMAZING everything so clean perfect for family and kids it’s quiet and no bugs either mosquitoes around I would totally recomend.

We stayed in villa 100 - man what a beautiful place- we really enjoyed the jaquzzi tub! Plus having enough room for guests - so close to take in HaHa Tonka state park plus not to mention Bridal Falls.

They could've put more salt down on the street & steps very slipper & staff is ok the room was real nice just a lot of steps to get to your room but over all everything was fine

We enjoyed our weekend getaway, comfortable and pristine with awesome views and a great location for many options to explore around town. We will definitely be returning soon.

Our stay at Treetop Village this year was WONDERFUL! Usually we visit the Lake around Labor Day when it's busy, but this year decided to get together several weeks later. The condo had a beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, the beds were incredibly comfortable with fluffy, warm comforters, and the Fall colors had already started appearing on the numerous trees that envelop the property, which the condo provided incredible views of thru enormous expanses of floor-to-ceiling windows. Although it was off-season for the area there was still PLENTY to do - both indoors and out - and Treetop Village is perfectly situated on the Lake near most attractions, dining, and entertainment venues. A+

Checkin was a breeze, only took about two minutes and NO TIMESHARE PITCH. Our host was friendly and efficient. We had two minor maintenance issues which were addressed within minutes of a call to the office.
While a bit weathered, the entire property was perfectly clean, and the furniture exceptionally comfortable; more so than in many of the "brand name" resorts we've visited over the last dozen years or so. The bed was particularly enjoyable, as it wasn't so unforgivingly hard as most seem to be. The kitchen was adequately stocked for two; larger parties will simply have to use the in unit washer more often. The bathrooms (THREE of them!) are all very tiny, necessitated by the unique shape of the building. One had a jetted tub, while the other two had a normal tub and a shower respectively. The towels were thick, thirsty, and comfortable. Larger people may have trouble with the narrow spiral stairs that lead to the downstairs bedroom. The in-unit clothes washer meant a lot less to pack and travel with.
The Wifi is what every other resort should have. It was free, the fastest I've ever clocked in a hotel (even "fancy" hotels), there was no request for a paid "upgrade", and it didn't log me out every 24 hours like so many do.

Note that while all the units have decks, many are not covered, so if you want to enjoy a nice rain shower in the oak trees you'll have to do so from inside, unless you REALLY want to enjoy that rain shower.

The staff was helpful, courteous, and easy to work with. The unit was updated and exceeded our expections.

Full disclosure. We own two one-week condos on the golf course, which we love! For our son’s birthday, we wanted to stay on the water for a little less than a full week. I reserved unit #79, but we were told it was not available, last minute. We were given unit #60, which was near the water, but still not what I wanted.
The condo was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. We know the units are older, but well maintained!
Octagonal, quirky, and quintessentially Ozarks! Like staying in a treehouse. Quiet. Super quiet.
We encountered an older couple on the Celebration Lunch Cruise who was staying at a unit on the golf course. He said the resort was very nice “if you can handle all the stairs! ” He was right. Out other condo has 39 steps! But it is call “Treetop” for a reason.
I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on Lake of the Ozarks! Next year, I would like to get #79!

We booked a last minute vacation and they were very helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again. Great price and beautiful property.

We love the unique shape/design of the tree top units. The pools are fantastic, the views of Lake Ozark are stellar! An upgrade to the units will be great!

This is a unique place. The accommodations are great. Our particular place was cute but the decor is very outdated and it had kind of an old smell to it when You walked in. It seemed clean though so I don't know if it's just old. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed it.

Our family decided to change up our annual vacation spot this year, and we chose these beautiful treetop condos! Overall we loved it, the only qualms we had were the boat launch and boat access in general. The closest boat launch is at Water's Edge, and it is almost a 45 degree angle down to the launch. We could not get our pontoon down there so we had to go to another nearby launch. Boat docking at treetop is first come first serve, but there are really only like 6 or 7 spots to dock. The only way to get down to the docks is to literally walk over people at the main outdoor pool, go down a couple sets of concrete stairs, then follow a path for a few more minutes to get to the dock entrance. This is definitely not handicap accessible. Other than that, this place is freaking awesome and there is so much to do nearby! The units are adorable, all appliances worked, service was fast and all employees genuinely seem to love their job here. Hopefully we are able to come back next year!

Unit 79 was perfect for our long weekend away. The unit was very roomy, clean and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the place could have been a little cleaner. It is in need of a cosmetic update. Aside from that the views were beautiful, being directly on the water was amazing. We loved being able to step outside and hear the water and swim wherever we wanted to. We will return because the good definitely outweighed the bad! Definitely worth staying here and and enjoying the water!

Great place for a family vacation. Great fishing and swimming off of new dock. Pool is great too and family favorite too. Love the stand alone octogen shaped homes.
