Trek Bicycle O'Fallon

I’ve been happy with the guys at Momentum cycles. Although they don’t carry my preferred brand of bikes they still make sure that they’re knowledgeable on almost everything and keep a wide selection in store to suit everyone from the novice rider to the experienced ones.

Last week a family friend had challenged me to help refurbish a Schwinn from 1975 and I had no idea where to start for parts and advice. They helped me pinpoint what I needed and helped me restore a bike that I would have had no idea what to do with if it weren’t for them.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They explained what we needed to know in terms we could understand. Highly recommend.

Just bought a new bike and a couple helmets from them, Jeremy was great very professional, so was all the other employees I met. I have bought 3 bikes from momentum cycles and both stores have been great to me. Thank you!

So far its been great. I done a ton of research and had a good idea on what I wanted. The gentleman there whom I cant recall his name was extremely helpful. I put a down payment on it today so they can hold it for me. All in all it was a great experience in which I highly recommend for anybody else rather a beginner or a pro.

I went to get a bigger bike for my six year old. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Put his bike together the same afternoon! Will be back for services and other purchases.

Single mom with a 10 year old autistic boy. The guys at this place were so helpful. They told me what was wrong with his bike. Gave me time to think about it. Made a adjustments even showed him how to care for his bike. Took their time and was so patient with him. Listened to my son and encouraged him. Even explained a few things and helped him get fitted to his seat. Super helpful. Bikes are a bit out of my element. Definitely a good experience.

Great place to start if you're new to cycling (any kind) or you're a seasoned rider. The staff make this shop what it is. Being new to the area and new to cycling I never felt out of place. I felt important the minute I walked in and they havent let me down since. My entire family (to include extended) has purchased bikes here and have them serviced here. Cant say enough good things about them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They put the bike rack I bought on my car for me so I could bring my and my daughter's bikes up there to be serviced. I got a new back tire and tube and she got a new seat and they installed that as well. He also noticed that her tires were touching the brakes at times due to something being uneven and they fixed that too. When I left they assisted me with putting the bikes back on my bike rack and showed me best practices. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend this place. FYI, none of the employees were wearing masks.

The work that was done that makes me give a 3 star is the new bike chain install. I have a picture I think you can tell it is not a new chain.just lubed. Brian did say he lube it but the receipt says new chain install.the brakes and new shifters for gears and grips that was done great.overall they lost 2 stars for overcharging and a customer as well.
