Excellent bike shop! Excellent service department! Excellent customer service! I needed a wheel in a pinch, they hooked me up and didn't try to up sell me on anything. Best bike shop in St Charles County.

Brought our e-bikes in for the 30 ride tuneup. They were completed in just a few hours along with a couple of mods we requested. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

If you live in St. Peters this is your friendly neighborhood bike shop! Their staff is polite and well knowledged! It's the only place I take my bike!

My old bike needed a tune up and Trek St. Peters made it just like new! It needed a few new parts and I asked for the Level Two deep clean. Super great service and they kept me up to date on when it would be ready. Will absolutely continue visiting them for all my bike needs!

The manager of the service dept was first rate. Ordered and installed a new rear wheel that was bent in an accident. She gave bike a few adjustments to make sure it went out the door safely, and everything works as it should. Knowing the service dept is capable, gives me confidence I’ll be treated well when I purchase my next ride.

This bicycle shop is awesome! Brought my son’s mountain bike in for a level 2 maintenance check. They discovered that the frame was damaged beyond repair near the seat. They then investigated and found that the bike was still under warranty with Trek! They ordered a brand new, larger size bike (my son has grown a foot since we bought the original 2 1/2 years ago) and had it ready to go in 10 days. They also gave him a loaner bike so he could continue practicing with his NICA team! Unbelievable, above and beyond customer service from Gabrielle and the rest of the team at Trek St. Peter’s. Highly recommend!

I had the greatest time shopping for my brand new Trek Dual Sport Gen 5 bike. Pat went over and above with the whole experience. I have always received great service at this location. Gabby, the bicycle mechanic, provides excellent service and goes out of her way to keep bicycles working properly. I’m impressed with her knowledge and appreciate her suggestions to keep my bike ready to ride.

I have been in many times. However, this trip was to take care of the new bikes for my twin girls coming soon. Thank you all for the great customer service. I appreciate you even asking if they had helmets, because that’s tell me you want them safe too.

Very friendly and helpful shop. I needed sealant for my tubeless wheels and they helped me right away with a very thorough servicing of my wheels. Many thanks!

I went in there on the Saturday before Memorial Day with a broken spoke. I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Tuesday, which was disappointing as I needed to ride in to work on Tuesday. The lady behind the counter spoke up and said she would have it done by closing at 6. I went back up there at 5: 40 and she was wrenching away and truing up my wheel after replacing the spoke. It was done by closing and I really appreciate her knocking it out for me. Highly recommend!

Purchased my bike here a few years back and recently took it in for a tune up and new tires. After getting my bike back I noticed an issue and the team was happy to take another look at it and confirm the problem. They fixed it for me free of charge and it’s working perfectly again! The people here are very kind and understanding:)

Everything in this bike shop is overpriced. Then they claim they will take care of you if you buy your bike there, yet charge you for every thing they do for your bike which will definitely break. The last time I went in for repair they actually tried to charge me 40 dollars because there was dirt on the bike when all they had to do was turn a couple screws. To add insult to injury they were very rude and insulting. Do not patronize this place there are much better bike shops nearby that will treat you with respect and not overcharge you.

We were greeted by helpful and professional staff. The store was about the close for the day but the service manager helped us with a new saddle installation. Then we decided to look at helmets. There was a Bontrager sale and the store manager found the helmet we wanted at another store and offered to swing by tomorrow and pick it up. We used to go to the shop owned by others when it was MomentumCycling and now it's Trek. The store is really well done, updated with more space. I'm going to make this my bike shop for future needs.
