Mark is top notch and runs a professional company that does great work and very competitive pricing. He helped us out several times on a difficult project and never turned down our requests for help. I highly recommend Trinity to anyone.

Be very careful if you choose to use this company. They will over-bill you and hope you don't notice. They're trying to take advantage of people and cheat them out of their money. We agreed to have them out to our house to fix an issue on the weekend and agreed to weekend rates over the phone. When the bill showed up, they tried to bill over 2.5 times the labor that was done. When asked about it, they asked me how long I thought the techs were there. I knew it because I had timed it and verified through phone calls with them. They did not like the fact that I caught their gross over-billing and told me that I wasn't accounting for their drive time. I agreed to drive time costs but was still over 2x the amount on the bill. The billing lady, Brenda, is very rude and disrespectful. When I questioned why she billed me for 30 feet of wire when only 15 feet was used, she told me she would not change the bill again and then mailed me a letter to breakdown of what the company was making on my service and how it was not enough for them for their profits. I imagine they over-bill people regularly and get away with it because people don't question them. I would highly not recommend this company due because Brenda is an rude person and is cheating people out of money.

Called to have my weatherhead replaced and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Mark explained the additional cost of after hours work and sent Matt out to do the job within the hour. Matt was professional and efficient. After the job was complete I encountered an issue with having the power reconnected (nothing to do with the work Trinity preformed). Mark and Keith were quick to step in to help even though it was not their issue and it was after 9: 00 pm. I was blown away by their customer service. I highly recommend their company, I will definitely be using them going forward. Thank you Trinity for a great experience in a less than great situation.

Straight shooter, told me what the do and don't do. Trailers they don't work on them.

Austin was our electrician for replacing several light fixtures. He was very professional and efficient. They charged me the price they quoted. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience all the way around. Mark was very quick at scheduling a visit to give me an estimate for installing under-cabinet lights, and also suggested what type to get. The guys showed up on time to install them, and did a professional job in a short period of time. I'm originally from a small town in Iowa and have always believed in utilizing local business. Trinity was recommended to me by my lawn care guy (also local). I will definitely be using them again for my electrical needs!

We had trinity come out to run power for our hot tub. They were amazingly nice, on time and worked quickly. We will definitely use them again.
