Dropped a gun off for a scope mount. I was told check back in a week. After two calls and 3 1/2 weeks, I drove there and was told they didn't have it. They asked if I had a ticket for pick up, I explained I wasn't given one. The smart a@# behind the counter said he didn't remember the gun (it was an odd gun, they don't handle many, and he said he would have remembered it) and didn't know what to tell me. I asked for the number to the owner, was denied. One man working there kept looking and IT WAS IN THEIR BACK ROOM! They hadn't even sent it off.

Customer service was terrible didn’t get a greeting from the guy behind the counter he immediately was aggressive. The door was unlocked and the lights were on but he said they were closed? Online it said they were open and there was no sign. Overall I had a bad experience with the store.

They defiantly go out of thei way to help. Fast, courteous, friendly serviceto all my questions.

Made a purchase here. Really good prices for being a local shop, comparable to the big online store. Good selection too.
