This place is a rip off! They cant tell you how much their paying for anything when you ask them because they change it per person! I wouldn't waste my time on this dump! I'll go to springfield from now on!

Took a load of junk (old push mower, broken chain saws, weed eater, gas grill and trampoline poles etc.) today. They were very helpful and friendly. Unloaded everything quickly and got paid $17 for 400 lbs. It’s better than driving to the landfill and paying them!

It’s 9: 35 a.m. And I’m still waiting for the business to open? They claim to open at 9: 00. I’m not alone there are 15 others in line. Your time means NOTHING to these people. Does anyone know a recycler in the area that cares about their customers?

I called and verified that they would be open on Friday. I drove 45 min to get there and they were closed. I was obvisouly not the only one they told this to, due to a long line of people waiting at the gates.

Came today to see that aluminum prices are about. 68 lbs and after bringing in 62lbs of cans and pure aluminum getting paid for. 25 a lbs never again! Rip off artist also being reported to bbb!

I called Triple P this morning to find out how much they were paying on aluminum cans. They told me 50 cents. That is the same as the Sheltered Workshop in Monett. I took my cans in this afternoon & they magically paid me 40 cents, making a difference of nearly $8.00 for my haul.

I told him that he had quoted me 50 cents earlier & he abruptly said, "THAT CHANGED! " So. I thought maybe the price had dropped on aluminum & called the Sheltered Workshop. They were still paying 50 cents. I'm feeling really screwed.

We came to triple p today because they said the would be open until 3 and it is 2: 08 and they're closed.why?
