Waiting time is too too long. They loaded my trailer after 35 hrs. Unnecessary waiting. If you want to kill yourself then go there.

We always drop and hook here no overnight parking. But if you need to take your break when you exit at the light turn left about a mile on the right there is a place that you can park for the night. On the left there is a Cat scale and a Mini truck stop on the right of the street is a dirt parking area. Its safe on one bothers you. Ive parked there plenty of times

Security guards and shipping personnel were very professional. My ETA of noon to shipper was communicated to facility. Not sure if they work by appointment but I didn't get one. The process when picking up a load is the following:

1- Check in with security guard, move your trailer tandems to the back and open the trailer doors
2- Drop trailer at washout bay
3- Bobtail and check in at shipping office
4- Leave the facility and wait until you get a call saying your load is ready
5- Go to shipping office, pay $45.00 for washout (no cash accepted) and complete paperwork provided by going to your trailer located somewhere in the yard
6- Go back to shipping office, give completed paperwork and then you will receive your Bill of Lading
7- Hook your trailer and checkout with security guard

I checked in at 11: 15 and checkout was 18: 10.

Overall not that bad but is a very lengthy process. A little disappointed because you have to leave the facility while you are getting loaded.

Make sure you have time in your logbook.

Facility is very organized.

PS: Trailer didn’t look like it was washed

I dont know where to start, this place is horrible. Load should be a drop and hook, but they told us that they are still waiting for the products, and I end up waiting 16 hours for them to get the load ready. Around 2: 00 a.m, the old black guy in the wash bay is super aggressive and just a complete bitter d-bag, he looks like his doesn't even wanna be there and taking in out his frustration towards truck drivers. He wants me to back on the wash bay dock, faster, but I won't do that for safety! I'm backing safely, making sure I dont hit anything because there are a lot of people walking and trucks moving. Oh, also, when you have pick up a load, the office will give your papers, and will ask you to check the load details, and find your trailer, but you cannot connect to the trailer, once you are done with the little assignment they assign you to do, you will go all the way back to the office to tell them that yes! The trailer and seal number are correct, and you will drive back to your trailer and finally can hook into it. The efficiency is impeccable. Lastly, at the guard shack. The old heavy set white dude with a beard is also rude, very condescending. It's my first time here, and I needed to find a parking spot. As you know, my load isn't ready, but instead of telling me where to park, he just decided that it's okay to yell at me for parking near the establishment instead of telling me where the actual parking spot for truck drivers, what a delightful person. 16 hours of waiting for a load and dealing with unhappy, bitter d-bag staff. But hey, at least the shipping office workers are nicer. The parking area is a dirt lot, no porter John. You gotta walk and cross the highway to get to the gasoline station, It's a 5 minute walk.
