Our 26-year old dryer finally called it quits. Troby replaced the unit promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. We've done business with this company for several years and they have been excellent. While replacing the dryer, they took a quick look at our 40-year old freezer which had stopped working. Diagnosed an electrical issue that we fixed ourselves. When we replace that freezer, we will definitely call Troby's. Good company!
Always the go-to when I need. They are well-stocked and very knowledgeable. Their prices are comparable to other appliance stores. Don't pass them by.
My pump went out on my new washer. The salesman said he could come out and fix it. But rather than doing that he had the part in stock and explained to me how easy it was to put on myself, which saved me the service call and labor price. Very fair people to deal with. They could of easily made a bunch of money off me, but they chose to help me instead
