Spray on liner was perfect. Strobe wiring was hanging down under the truck. They removed the hood latch and forgot to put it back on. Maybe a second choice if you have one.

I've had good and terrible experiences here. Bed liners and air bags went in without a problem - good quality. However, I ordered a truck bed cover 11 months ago and have followed up at least 6 times since then. Every single time they say they will have to talk to their distributor and get back to me. Not once has anyone ever called back despite me pointing out that they never call me back the past 3-4 times I've followed up. Your customer service has a lot of room for improvement. If you say you're going to do something, then do it. I'm not one to bash people online because I deal with the same thing myself, but this is an honest experience that I feel other customers should know about before hiring you. 4 stars is a stretch, but I'm hoping you'll take this feedback, speak with your team, and make some internal improvements so we can work together again some day.

Had a leveling kit installed here yesterday. Great work, super nice and easy guys to deal with. Will for sure be back! Would recommend to anyone looking to get some work done to their truck

They sprayed a bedliner in my truck and there was a foreign substance that didn't come off the bed. When they sprayed the liner it wouldn't stick to the bed. They called and made me aware of what happened and told me if they could keep my truck another day they'd remove the bedliner and try a different cleaning technique. This must have worked because I got my truck back today and it looks awesome! I'm going to have my undercarriage sprayed and they will definitely get the work. If you want an excellent job and great customer service, I'd highly recommend that you go here!

I had them install a drop in bed liner in my truck. I asked them to sweep the bed before installing and this is what I found underneath. Several acorns were under the liner. I could feel and hear them crunch when I walked in the bed. The prices are reasonable. But, the attention to detail needs some work.

They did a great job on our truck bed lining, it looks fabulous! The guys there are friendly and helpful!

Great customer service. Notified me of an issue, fixed it for me at no extra charge. Was able to get the bedliner in and finish as promised. They came highly recommended to me.

I called the store to confirm what time they closed, they told me 3pm. I drove an hour to get to the store and arrived at 2: 40pm, they were already closed. No one would answer the phone and I didn't see any associates inside.

Love the truck detail they did for my truck. Thinking about adding couple for things to my list for them.

Let's start this off, by saying I called Chux truck in Independence Mo. I was needless to say less then pleased with the service, and the way they spoke to me. I was not giving all my personal info just because I wanted a price. I called these guys spoke to Halston and gave him what I was looking for. He looked up and got exactly what I was needing with the price. Matter found the part in stock. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Stopped in randomly to check out the place when I saw it passing through. Been looking for a good toolbox for my truck and a nice tonneau cover. The salesman, Justin I think, was super helpful and knew his stuff. Walked out with a business card and a catalog, and a burning hole in my pocket now that I can't seem to cool off. Someday soon, if I'm lucky:)
