This is my go-to spot for getting my eyebrows done. Service is always quick, and the price can't be beat! My eyebrows look absolutely amazing afterwards, and I couldn't be happier!

Got a nail fix that was $10 and it broke off the next day. Then they charged me $65 for a pedicure. Outrageous prices not worth it they didn’t even cover the color of the bruises on my nails either from my nail kicking it from before.

I've been going here for aliitle over 3 years and I enjoy coming here very social nice and gives you what u want. Very clean place and massage chairs are wonderful. Come and enjoy and either call and make a appointment or and they do walk in welcomes also. I give them a 10 stars if I could lol I really like this place.

It's really horrible service that you guys don't have anyone to do walk ins I drove 30 min just to be told come back next week since I didn't have any appointment and I was the second person there this is bad bad bad customer service

They are amazing! They were able to do the Chiefs design I wanted for the Superbowl! Awesome job! Also did great on my Grandaughters nails. Very happy with the service!

Went yesterday at 3: 45 to get a manicure and a pedicure just noticed that my thumb now is already cracked all the way across I have another nail that's already chipping and it hasn't even been 24 hours they got me for 65$ smh

Today, November 9th 2022, at around 5, I came to get my eyebrows waxed here as always because I love going here. I ran into a surprise, the lady that does my eyebrows said no into ever doing my eyebrows again. Just because the last time I came, she left a little hairs on my eyebrows, and I went back for her to fix them, which she did, and she did a very amazing job, so I didnt see the problem. Now, she’s saying she’s never doing my eyebrows again because of the last time that she did my eyebrows, when there was never an issue. This makes me frustrated because I enjoyed getting my eyebrows done here, and all of a sudden she’s saying no to doing them. If this is how she treats her customers, then she will lose service. Because I don’t understand why she’s saying no to doing my eyebrows when I did nothing wrong. Manager please do something about this, it upsets me.

They tried to do nails.she tried to put these cheap clear nails on me and they were awful.please go to mall they do a waaaay better job.this place is horrible

TERRIBLE! This company is extremely racist towards black clients and as a white woman I don’t always know when it is my place to speak on issues like this but I know now is a time I must speak up. I used to be a regular at this nail salon and I have witnessed many clients be turned down services in which they stated they had an appointment once the nail salon realized they were African American. I have witnessed them yell at a black woman because she nicely asked for them to fix her pedicure and refused to give her a refund. But the final straw was when I witnessed a young black girl getting her nails done who was obviously in pain due to the nail techs sloppy use of the drill get her hand smacked for “moving too much” the covert and overt racism going on at this salon is disgusting and unacceptable DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

I’ve been to this salon a few times and it’s a hit or miss depending who does your pedicures. I’m not happy that the sides of my toe nails were cut so much. I don’t have ingrown toenails. I like a square nail. This looks awful.

I got a nail fungus and they just used drill to scrape off and went on. Now I see it’s back. The one other time that happened years ago they treated it with something. My granddaughters nails came off that night in bath. Not going back.

They were very thorough and took time with my feet as I am a man and you know how I me and feet are but they love my feet to death but I almost fell asleep in the chair lol

Me nd my daughter went in for a pedi and acrylic nails fill.the next day my polish started to lift ok went back they fixed ok bt within the next few days polish still came off WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH SERVICE All I wanted was a cute yellow polish NOPE ended having to go elsewhere bc they REFUSED TO FIX

My nail technician was named Julie and she did a incredible job with my pedicure! I will definitely be back to see her again. The shop was very clean and all the tools were sterilized. Julie did awesome with the hot stone massage also. If your looking for a through and relaxing pedicure I recommend T”s nail spa which is close to the independence mall.

I asked for Color Street strips with gel and they delivered! I’ve been wanting these sold out bee designs and was finally able to get them. Just in time for my wedding anniversary.

Love going here! I do a simple mani/pedi, always get me in and out. Everyone is very professional they always do a great job.

10.00 plus tip for regular nail polish. Gel polish is 20.00 while very costly. This nail salon seems very quality and clean. A family business most definitely as the owners child was casually watching spongebob on their tablet behind the counter. It's been about a week and the polish is slightly chipped. But overall is pretty good. I'm pretty hard on my hands. I imagine the gel polish would last alot better and longer. I would come here again and recommend. It's clean. It's quality. The staff is friendly and great at recommending ideas if your not sure what you want or like. Plenty of choices for colors and different paint options. And while it may not be the most professional I enjoy the casual family environment. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I would of liked more affordable pricing. But I don't get my nails done often so I'm sure it's average for this competitive market.

Took my daughter here for her 16th birthday. They quoted $100 for a full set of acrylics. When my daughter asked why it was so much, they started belittling her. Told her she could get less for cheaper. I was willing to spend the $100. But when she asked them to adjust the shape of the nails, the nail tech said I’ll remove them and you can just go. I would never recommend a place that allows this type of treatment to their customers.

Had an amazing time. Friendly staff and they did the exact style I requested! Love my nails and will be visiting again
