T&T Nail Spa, O'Fallon MO

Pedicure was not very good. It was okay.

The good: They take walkins. Fast service with no wait. Gentle care which was nice. They use plastic on the foot bath tubs and seem overall clean. It is relaxing with very few people on the day I went. Got massage is really good so I’d recommend just going for that if you don’t need a really pretty paint job.

The bad: I was greeted by a man that obviously did care to be there and seemed to not have a customer service focus. Although the pedicurist was gentle enough (no injured toes or skin) the person cut my toe nails too short and gave them a worse shape than I had before. I’ve also had much better paint jobs. The salon has very strong smells, it would help to find a way to air it out a bit. I know it’s a nail salon but I’ve visited many and none smell as strong as this place.

LuLu, is an excellent nail tech. Nice, clean atmosphere, I recommend this salon!

Everytime I come in, I ask for LuLu & she kills it! Always gives me exactly what I want, never complains if I ask for something to be changed & is always available for me. Absolutely love coming here!

Absolutely Beautiful! I wish I could have more then 5 stars! 10/10 …on EVERYTHING! If you find something wrong … I’m sorry, it’s you. T and LuLu and their amazing family driven staff are the ABSOLUTE Best in Ofallon hands down …in St Louis if I must say so…. I’ve looked…I’ve tried to find a place to call home. I’m picky. But in the best way. ;) you wanna come in to a nail/wax/hair/makeup appointment knowing you will be mmmmmoore then happy right? ! Look NO more! T&T is where you need to go. I came in for just a pedicure 3 years ago … and I ended up getting a full set as well (I’m a hairstylist) a busy one. My nails stay perfect. I have come back every two weeks since then. I can’t rave enough about T&T. The experience is extraordinary. Your nails will never look better. Here’s your wake up call, if you live under a rock to call/make your appointment today. Xxxx

I recently had the most incredible experience at TNT Nails, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I stepped foot inside.

My teenage daughter went in to get her toes painted…. No pedicure, just paint. My daughter asked how much gel was. The lady said you want gel? My daughter again asked how much it was. She then proceeded to put the gel polish on and then charge her $28!
I had her go back in while I was on the phone with her and ask why it was so much. They stated because it was gel. A pedicure with gel is $40…, so she asked if she could pay the additional amount and get the pedicure. They said they would charge her to take the polish off and then charge her for a pedicure. I asked where the price for gel painting was and they stated they didn’t need to list it.

They took advantage of a teenager who had to work 2.5 hours to pay for a small amount of paint on her toes!

Had a gel pedicure and dip nails on Monday. Both pinky toenail gel came off same day as pedicure in the shower (gel polish!). Went back Tuesday bc the door says they are open on Tuesday and they are not. That same day my index and middle fingers were cracking. Went back Friday to have them fixed and the guy kept arguing with me about the color not matching. I told him multiple times, I chose 080 and that’s what the bottle said. The other nail tech dipped them in white after dipping in color and that’s why it didn’t match. He did not listen to me. He also at first tried to just put more dip over the cracks which looked terrible and I had him remove it and start over. A week and 4 days later, this is what my nails look like. I have not been working and can only imagine what they would look like if I hadn’t been on vacation. They should not look this grown out! Do not recommend spending $100 for these results.

This salon is clean. Amy did a great job on my nails. I had my nails dipped. It lasted 2+ weeks. This was disappointing because the place I had gone to prior the dip lasted 6 weeks.
I recommend Amy. She is fast and does a nice job.

Stylist T & Amy were so great to work with! Everyone was nice and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Can’t wait to bring my daughter.

Probably one of the worst dip manicures I've ever gotten. She didn't listen to any of my requests. I asked for my cuticles to be cleaned, I asked for a glitter accent nail. She didn't bother getting all the old polish off of my fingers. She left my fingers covered in the top coat. She also didn't clean the dip out from under my nails. Seriously terrible job for $50.

As a new customer I was very impressed with the service received. Professional and friendly service from LuLu and Lynn. I will definitely return.
