Tunnel Car Wash, Belton MO

When I bring my truck through the only time my tailgate gets cleaned is when the owner does it. I have a membership and it's sad that the only person willing to work is the owner.

The lady working there was super nice and helpful! We love this place. Always gets us through fast and cars always leave clean and looking fantastic.

Love this place. The manager is great & the wash does a great job, however I REALLY wish they would have a "Silver Plus" option for subscription for $20, that would include: Prep, Wash + spot free, Triple Foam & Ultimate Dryer.

I say this because the basic is useless & I dislike the tire-shine package on Gold, because it ends up on my paint & wheels, which collects and holds dirt. I achieve this same result by paying for single Silver wash + triple foam add-on for 2 extra dollars.

That aside, I enjoy coming here. It does really well & the free vacuums do a great job also. They are never clogged, kept up & have enough suction power to help get those difficult spots between your seats & the console / door jamb.

I only took out one star, due to the HUGE services gap between the silver & gold subscription package.

I purchased the express detail for $9.99 and added the $4.99 bug removal and hand prep. It did get my car clean, but it did not dry it very good at all.
They did not allow you to add the bug removal hand prep to the lower priced packages.

This is a very convenient and inexpensive car wash. I like their "sidewalk reminders" to get my car washed. They work!

I paid for the Gold Bright package at $9.99, and the Excessive Dirty package, for another $8.99, and my car is still filthy! Very expensive first, and only visit!

Great auto car wash with free vacuums. Friendly staff and several choices on washing and waxing. They also offer monthly memberships.

We love Brite Shine! Such fun colors and lights! They do a great job and the prices are very good!

I love the simplicity of my monthly pass. Plus I keep my car much cleaner in & out with free vacuum.

Nothing super special, just a decent car wash for a reasonable price. I usually get the $9.99 wash. Their interior detailing will add about $10+ depending on the level of service you want.

I've ever seen there equipment is difficult to use their help button is non-existence because there ain't nobody at the other end of the help button never use this piece of trash business again

Thought maybe they didn’t get the grill and tailgate because the middle package didn’t cover it. Got the top package this time and they still didn’t brush the grill and tailgate. I was the only one there the last time so it wasn’t about being busy.

If you don't buy the top of the line wash, you won't get good service. They will hose off the car to start and wash Process and by the end a lot of the bug splatters and dirt are still on your car. Not the same car wash it was when they 1st opened.
