10 Feb 2023 - Had permanent crown put in. My technician and dentist were very friendly and insured I was comfortable with the procedure. They worked efficiently concerned that I wasn't stressed as they worked on my mollar using water, air, gauze and descalers. Overall procedure was completed in 30 minutes with very little discomfort.

In and out in under an hour but I didn't feel anyone was rushing or stressed. I checked in, paid my bill, sat down briefly, my name was called and I was escorted back to an office. In the office I was asked if I had any issues and I mentioned pain in my right mollar area where I had a cap. Next thing I know my technician took x-rays of my teeth, 4 photos and when finished the dentist was in checking my teeth and checking my bite where the crown was installed. I chomped down on a test strip and the dentist did a little grinding then checked my bite again. This was done 3 times before the dentist felt confident in the final product and insured I didn't have any pain. After the dentist the technician returned and cleaned my teeth being alert to my comfort or stress level. Once again a relaxed, not rushed process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The professionalism of all involved and the casual atmosphere was terrific. Still can't belive I had that many procedures completed in under an hour, stress free. Dr. Turnbow isn't a in network dentist of my dental insurance but with positive experiences that I've noted I'm not changing dentists.

Been going to Turnbow Family Dental for 45+ years. Been other places, but always go back. Not going to any other dentist again. Best hygienists and best dentist!

Dr. Turnbow and his staff are the best! They all treat you with such kindness and are so gentle when they are working on your teeth. I never feel anxious when I am having any work done at this office. I am know I am getting the very best care from Dr. Turnbow and his staff. They treat you like a friend!

It was so easy to get all 3 of my girls in with new patient Apts. Staff were all very friendly and explained everything as we went and answered any questions we had.

Took all the time to fill out the paper work online before I got there. Filled out the dental insurance part and the preference sheet only to be asked if I had dental insurance when I arrived. Then none of my preferences were followed and they asked me all of the questions I already filled out.
