Tuscany's Italian Restaurant, Blue Springs MO

My husband, young daughter, and myself ate here, and not only was it a nice quiet meal, the food was absolutely delicious! There was a server there that gave our daughter a little gift bag for the holidays and she loved it! It made her so happy, she's been talking about the nice man since we left. Thank you for making a difference! I'll make sure it's passed one

We stopped in for lunch by chance as we just happened to be in this side of the city. My wife and I loved it. The service was great, the food was amazing, and prices were good.

We got the mushroom appetizer which was incredible. I got the salmon and chose vegetables pasta to be good. They were the best vegetables I’ve ever had. So good.

It was quiet enough that the seven of us could talk and hear each other without being too loud for others. The food was great as always, and the service was impressive. The portions are so big, we will get two more meals out of our order.

Not sure why we hadn’t tried this place sooner! Delicious! The marinara is a little on the sweeter side but super yummy!

Good good, great portions for the money, nice people. Very nice place but I went at like 5pm on a Saturday so it was not very busy which was fine for me.

We had been coming to Tuscany for years while we lived in the area. I can not tell you how much we miss their amazing Lobster Ravioli with Alla Panna! Since moving away we have searched high and low trying to find anything comparable close to us and no where comes even close. It's very sad for us that we are so far away now but we make sure to visit Tuscany anytime we are in Blue Springs! I wish chef would give me a lesson on how to make it at home.

First impression the decor was fun. The hostess got us seated very quickly and the waitress was nice and understood her table. Service was great and the food was delivered to the table with great presentation. Bread was fresh and hot and perfectly crispy on the top and soft in the center and not doughy. For the meal I had the Chicken Diavolo. The sauce hit with a kiss of sweetness and popped with a spice that gave a nice tingle to the palette. The pasta cooked perfectly
And the chicken was cooked through and was moist. I really enjoyed the meal and the experience as a whole. Will be back many times Great job!

Ohh my goodness! If you haven’t eaten here, you must try it if you like Italian food. The food was good, the waitresses was kind and attentive, and the environment was super clean… and best of all, my mother had ordered a veal meal that was too spicy for her and they let her change it out without hesitation.

Great service, no wait (weekday early evening), good food. Our party had pizzas, Alfredo, eggplant parmigiana and spaghetti. The spaghetti sauce has a sweetness from maybe clove/cinnamon which my group didn’t love but the other dishes were really good.

I love good food and when I find the best food I want to share it. This is hands down the best Italian food I've had in my adult life. The owner is the chef and his entire staff is amazing. He makes all your food exactly to your specifications and it is delicious. The prices are very normal for a dinner place And apparently every Wednesday it's half price wine and appetizers from opening to close. There were families couples and people of all ages and the atmosphere is very calm And Given the fact that I am a giant dork and they were so nice to me I will definitely go back

I've yet to find good pizza in Blue Springs that isn't from a chain restaurant. But this might be the worst pizza I've ever had. Fr the crust to the sauce to the topping. I don't know why they were bad but they tasted awful. Also the toasted ravioli was way undercooked.

Our family visited for the first time last night and was surprised in a good way! Amazing food! Very fresh salad! Haven’t had a salad that fresh and delicious in a long time. Friendly staff and very clean! We will be back

After searching reviews on the Kc food Facebook page, it was recommended to come to this amazing restaurant! I am glad I took the opportunity to visit this fine establishment! I had the Trio which consists of ravioli, lasagna and cheese manicotti. I also had a side Caesar salad and side of Italian sausage. This entire meal was full of wonderful flavor, the food was fresh! The bread they give you before the meal was warm and fresh! The total was $26 plus tip and it was worth it! I couldn't wait to post this great review about this amazing family restaurant! I travel a lot and I'm very honest when leaving reviews. I recommend Tuscany's Italian Restaurant if you like really good fresh food, friendly staff and clean facilities this is a go to!

This was a mediocre experience, sadly. The bread they brought out was cold and stiff. I requested light sauce on my pizza; was told my Anna they don't over sauce the pizza, so she didn't even bother to ask for light sauce. It came out with far too much sauce so I requested it be remade. (Very good cheese pizza, and calzone, though there was far too much unseasoned ricotta!)

The bowl in the photos I posted is their alla Panna sauce. We've never been here before, so we asked to try a small sample of it to just taste. Not only did they charge us ($3) for the small amount that they brought, but it tasted like SpaghettiOs.

Anna, the waitress, also didn't seem to really have any answers for any of our questions. It being our first time there, we had questions about what her favorite things are, or how something tastes, but it was always "oh, it tastes good! It's better than anything else I have had. " This really doesn't help someone choose what they might like to eat.

Overall a very underwhelming and disappointing experience.

The Owner/Chef is very friendly and involved with every part of the restaurant. The food is outstanding, as is the service.
