Me and friend went and we both ordered ribeyes, we both got them medium. Hers was cooked perfectly. Mine was burnt and more rare on the inside. The waiter asked me how it was. I asked if it looked medium. He agreed it looked rare. He took it and brought me another one. It was more burnt than the 1st one and even tasted burnt. It had no seasoning at all. I just gave up after that. The salad was good.

Food was really good. I wasn't "blown away" but it was definitely good.
We loved the atmosphere.
Nearly all of the employees were extremely friendly and polite.
Sydney took care of us. She was a great waitress, very friendly, and kept our drinks full. No complaints about her whatsoever.
Cindy got our drinks for us when we sat down. She was absolutely phenomenal! She took time to have an actual conversation with nearly every table around us, including ours. I cannot say enough about how great she was.
We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Service was impeccable for a.partt of 12 on 9.9.23.the manage was awesome and accommodated us well and our server was well versed and knowledgeable of the entrees and was very attenetaitve and our checks were correct. Kudos.oh drinks phenom.delicious!

The batter dipped lobster bites were delectable and unlike anything I've ever tasted. The steak was juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. The Caesar salad was so delicious and endless which was even better. Service was excellent also and they even boxed up our left overs for us. 10/10. Can't wait to go back!

Very slow service and when the food finally did come out after over an hour and a half it shows up room temperature. My wife had concerns about food borne illness with her shrimp pasta so she didn’t even want to entertain trying more than a bite of it which she said was horrible. The service was also horrible. We even had reservations at 5: 30 and didn’t leave until after 8pm. I definitely don’t recommend and we will not be going back. Food is also way overpriced for what you receive.

Great food! A little expensive but the service and everything was delish! Did not ask for a Braille or large print menu. Facilities and everything are accessible. Lots of room for a white cane and maneuvering of a wheelchair. Bathrooms were a little tight for a wheelchair.

Wow! Tried Twisted Tree for lunch and was amazed. The food was delicious and very reasonable. Our server, Sydney was so sweet and friendly. She did a great job. Our food came out quick and Sydney visited our table just enough which was nice. Lovely experience!

Food and service were amazing. Too expensive to be a frequent stop, but worth the price and we will be back. Steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked, brisket t-ravs were outstanding, and we would have gladly taken a bottle of the red pepper aoli home with us.

It was our anniversary and the service was great! We were addressed by name and the attention to detail was noticed. I wish I remembered our server’s name. The food wasn’t bad but it could have been better. I had the Salmon and Lobster Bisque. The salmon, a bit overcooked and the bisque, a tad sweet but neither were bad. I still enjoyed both. We absolutely loved the salad! Our overall experience and meal was very good.

Fried lobster amazing.but the bed of cold shoe string potatoes not so much.

Steak spectacular but worst baked potato I've had in years. Instead of nice hot and fluffy it was cold hard and chunky. The lobster was so good that it got the extra star otherwise I might have dropped it to three

The legendary wedding cake was legendarily boring

Start to finish our meal was amazing. We were celebrating our anniversary so our waitress brought a slice of their almond wedding cake, OH MY GOSH! Highly recommend!

Where do I start with the poor experience I had…

Parking: Bad. Parking lot is small, had to park very far in the back of the building. No sidewalks on the way in made it dangerous to walk and avoid incoming cars.

Time it took to receive beverages at table: took the waiter 15mins to ask what we wanted to drink then 30 mins to receive them from the bar to table. Water refills were done reasonably.

***Seems like they were out of everything as well. Glasses to serve in, types of drinks, etc.

Appetizers & Salad: Decent but not impressed. Ceaser Salad was too sweet not anchovy based either. Tasted more like a creamy Italian dressing. Apps were okay. Shrimp tasted fishy & not fresh. Thin fries were good. Presentation was nice.

Main Course: Basic at the best. Spiedini was definitely NOT that at all. Being a large Italian family visiting, we know what Spiedini are. It was a bowl of thick butter, garlic noodles and breaded chicken breast. Very disappointing. Rigatoni with pesto was okay but for pasta & the STEEP PRICE the portions were way too small.

Staff & Service: As expected at a high priced establishment. Waiter was very kind & fun to speak with. Not his fault about the rest.

**Only bad part of the service: One of the waitresses took more time due to “hooking up” with a table full of guys and giving her number out to them via personally putting it in their phone.

Advice: Management needs to improve on service time, freshness of food, and portions need to be increased on pasta dishes (check with owner about that).

***If the waiter wasn’t as nice as he was, I would of left before I received my drink after a 30min wait.

For the ridiculous prices I’d definitely expect a way better experience. Sad, I hoped to of had a better time.

This place was amazing, everything we’ve been told was true. The filet was tender and the drinks were refreshing.
Shout out to Brian who did an amazing job as our waiter. Props to him, he deserves a raise!
We’ll be back.

I've been staying at holiday inn wich is adjacent to the Twisted Tree Steakhose for about a month there food is steller bartenders are amazing Kennedy Ian and Christy

I wish I had taken a picture but I didn't. The 20 ounce prime rib medium rare looked like a uncooked Wagyu steak but it was loaded with fat and gristle. The more you chewed the larger it got! Here I am in a high class restaurant and had to spit my food in the napkin. This is the second time for me getting a bad prime rib and my last!
