I visited this location several times during a cross-country move. The store was well-stocked with supplies, but service was a little slow. Truck rental services were efficient.

I cannot thank the UHaul employees enough for all that they did to assist me! I am moving out of state and, as with any big move, it has been pretty stressful. I went to the UHaul store on a Saturday to pick up more boxes, all of which were large in size. At first one employee came out with me to make sure the larger boxes would fit in my car, and then she asked another employee to carry out the remaining box. When we tried to fit all of the boxes in the car, it was not fitting. I had three employees, Lawana, Stephanie, and Josh, spend at least 20 minutes with me outside trying to find the best way to fit the boxes in my car so I could get home, and they figured out how to make it work so I only had to make one trip. I have been so frustrated with different moving companies throughout the this process due to poor service, and it was such a pleasant and much needed surprise that these employees went out of their way to help me. I really hope this review gets back to you as I was not able to submit directly on the UHaul site, but thank you all again for everything you did!

We rented a truck to pick up a motorcycle in town yesterday. The staff were very friendly and willing to help us with everything that we needed. The truck was clean and fully functional.

Older lady with white hair at the register was VERY RUDE, she was trying to find any excuse to not give me the vehicle. And LARGE attitude like I didn’t know what I was doing either because I’m young or because I’m brown. Even when I told her I went through the same process a month ago with the same ID and SAME CARD with no complications, she STILL refused service so I was stranded there for an hour. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried to reach customer service and the regional district manager never gave me a call.

I had a very different experience at this U-Haul locatin than I've read about in these reviews. We rented a van for a few hours and used the mobile app. Even so, several employees helped us out and asked if I had any questions. The van had a problem with the tires and one of the guys fixed it immediately. I don't think we had to wait more than ten minutes before he had it ready to go. When I returned it, I was helped with the check out process right away. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I will happily go back when I need to.

Everytime I do anything online the CSR act as if they have know clue when you call them. You can go on the website and make a corrections or even make reservations and it's always an issue once you either go to the locations or speak to a CSR. U-Haul has to do better! The older lady at the counter was rude and mean as hell. The lady when returning my truck was more interested in her text message than ringing me out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WILL NOT BE BACK!

I’m giving one star not at U-haul as a company but because of the young man who not only was on the phone talking about purchasing drugs in front of our faces, stole my mother’s card information and bought a ton of groceries shortly after we left. Customers beware of these low-life thieves who unfortunately get these jobs that require cash/card handling.

They charged my credit card twice for a 1 day rental! Now spending 2 hours on hold to talk with someone to hopefully get a resolution!

Just beware that they don't steal your money too!

I went into the store yesterday to rent a truck and the lady at the counter was very rude. She didn’t want to rent me a truck. She kept saying “we close in 12 minutes”. I needed a small truck and she told me they didn’t have any trucks available even though there was a lot full of trucks and I checked the availability online before coming in. I had a very important move to do yesterday and got to the Uhaul once I got off of work. I was short on time so I was relieved that I made it there before they closed. In my experience a business stops serving customers when they close and not because it’s close to the time to close. When I asked about a storage unit the lady got more of an attitude and asked the man that was behind the counter if he was going to help me and he didn’t want to assist me because he was ready to go as well. I ended up leaving the location and probably won’t use Uhaul again due to the poor customer service I received by this lady that had time to take a personal phone call at work but didn’t want to do her actual job of helping a customer.

I have gotten many services from U-Haul in the past week to gear up for our move to Tucson Az. I got a hitch put on last week and got the trailer attached today. We had a few issues today. First the pickup location was a different location than I was given. Once we got the right location, the hitch was missing the ball to attach the trailer therefore I had to go back to this location as they did my hitch. Mr. Chuck was very helpful and took care of the entire situation. He put the missing hitch part on and went to pick up the right sized trailer from a different location because they had none in stock. Moving day craziness but Mr. Chuck and the store manager at this location came to the rescue. I appreciated their kindness, understanding and helpfulness through this entire situation. They were very professional as was the other staff that assisted.

I/We my partner and I waited in a nice waiting area and the manager brought us some cold bottled water. I have no complaints about my service today at this location. Thanks Mr. Chuck and the Store Manager.

There is a small parking lot as well as street parking. This establishment is wheelchair accessible as well. There is a restroom located in the waiting area. They have all types of other moving supplies for your moving needs. They also have propane tanks and refills. We bought a lock for our trailer from here today as well.

Trust us, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Page/170, zero wait. This place, even with you having an appointment, will have a never ending line of 30 customers, with two staff members checking you out. You be be in line for two hours. This is not an exaggeration.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this location. They were very helpful and had excellent customer service. I highly recommend. Also, a special thank you to Carlos!

UHaul Kingshighway twice cancelled my hitch installation appointments AFTER I’d dropped my car off. Major inconvenience and their lack of communication and customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. I finally rescheduled at UHaul on Page Road in Olivette and had a much better experience.

Got my trailer hitch installed here and stayed for the install. All the employees were super friendly at the front desk. As I sat in their waiting area everyone said hi or how are you doing or can they get me something to drink as they passed by. They were so friendly and welcoming! I had my infant with me who started crying for a bottle and I had 3 employees ask if I needed warm water for it. My hitch install took about 2 hours and was done in the middle of me feeding my kiddo. They told me to take as much time as I needed, it was no rush. Very grateful to their team for making this experience as stress free as possible for me!

DO NOT ATTEMPT HITCH/RECEIVER INSTALLATION.
Uhaul does not have parts, but they will gladly take your money and set a reservation.
They will not tell you if your reservation can't be kept, so you'll either show up to be turned away, or attempt to call ahead to be routed to their call center (you will not be able to get anyone on the phone from the location).
Your best bet at this time is to purchase parts somewhere else and have installed at a mechanic able to do installations.

If I could give negative stars I would, ended up walking out without getting a trailer. I rented a car trailer two days ago and dealt with very nice lady who knew what she was doing and courteous/helpful easy transaction. Went today two days later completely different experience guy behind the counter was rude and was wasting a lot of time. Trying to enter my reservation was completely different than two days ago and seems like he didn’t know what he was doing. I asked for the manager he was equally as rude bigger redhead dude/mentally challenged. I know it’s hard for places to find employees right now but this location must be scraping the bottom of the barrel the two guys I dealt with today are absolutely terrible to deal with. I did my reservation and payment online so it could’ve been too hard obviously the lady I dealt with two days ago had no problems with it. I’ll tell everybody I know to steer clear of that location.

Wait was not long. Check in and return was relatively easy. I always come to this u-haul when I need a truck. It helps that they are right next to a gas station when it's time to refuel. Great service.
