Great service at the counter when I picked up my vehicle. It was also very easy to drop off when i returned the van!

My friend and I paid extra to have a U-Haul returned here for one way returns. It had to be returned by 8pm and we had it there by 4 pm but they didn't even check it in until the next morning! At least there was no charge for a late return because it was not late.

The staff was great and it was not a hassle to get the truck and the size I needed! Thanks guys!

Great prices on rentals. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Fast service too! No b.s. No run around.
We tried renting a pick up truck from Menard's first, because they were closer to our house. But Menard's wanted a $300 deposit! Lol From now on, only U-Haul will get our business. By the way. U-Haul says they get alot of would-be Menard's customers for that very reason.

Some of the best people to work with! It's a busy location so be patient it's not a long wait. One of the few places that has the egg pod trailer. It's a great trailer for road trips!

Well the one on page and Dielman didn't have a truck so they send me to the one on Cass downtown area they charge me for that one day $166 and when I go out to get the truck they didn't have my dorle in the truck my covers for the furniture they head less than 1/4 tank of gas the guy said he'll fill up halfway so he put $30 in that big old 27 inch truck and that didn't go1/4 of a tank that was a joke thin had the nerves text me and say I still owe on $30 so I was very unhappy with the move

It’s a Truck rental. Staff is more helpful at this location as for helping you decide on a truck if you are not sure. Standard rates and fuel return are the same.

Was able to get a storage unit and a rental truck really quick. However the gate code given to my friend was wrong needless to say we were unable to do any moving until 11am the next day.

The service was bumpy. The Uhaul person was rude to us when we first walked in. He said we don't open until 7, but it was 6: 58 am and we saw him walk in, not realizing he was an employee (long hair). Other customers were like sorry we should have warned you which they should not have had to do.

When we finally were able to get our truck he just handed us the key and told us the truck number. The cab of the truck had not been cleaned because the prior persons document was under the seat, coffee spilled on the dashboard and some remnants of a drink was in the cupholder.

When we returned he took a while to determine how much we would be charged. Also, the truck needs maintenance.

My experience with U-Haul I did the reservation on the phone. Went to the store picked up the key signed my contract and I was on my way that.very professional staff

Uhaul can be hood and bad. Don't let uhaul send you to one of their box locations. Go to an actual full service uhaul location like this one, and you will do well.
