I haven't picked up my reservation yet, but I have called 3 or 4x just today to ask a TON of frustrating questions as I am moving out of state next week. I have been speaking with Dan and he has been very, very patient with me, which that alone deserves a 5-star review. You never know what answering some questions and taking time out of your day can do for someone, especially during high-stress situations like this. Thanks Dan!

People are RUDE! They cut you off. Talk over you. Very rude and unpleasant employees.
